As soon as our manager asked for Jisoo and I, I already knew what it was about. It has been circulating the internet. Yes, I did know who Jisoo was. We have met before due to our schedules clashing. One picture of us together and everything blew up. I am really surprised that Y/n has not brought it up, yet.

I did not really want to go, but I did not want to seem disrespectful. We walked down the hallway and into one of the rooms, which were used to hold meetings. Manager hyung told me to sit next to Jisoo, so I did as I was told.

"Now that we're here together, I can get straight to the point." Manager hyung said as he looked at Jisoo and I.

"So, we know that BlackPink had just made their debut. Your manager and I spoke about the rumors and since your group didn't do so well with sales, we were thinking it'd be a good idea if the two of you publicly date for a month or so. You know, just to get your group a good amount of attention. I mean, have you not seen how much pictures of you two together blew up?" What?! I thought we were going to have a talk about how to get rid of the situation. (a/n: Let us pretend that BlackPink did not do great with sales when they had made their debut. Once again, I do not hate the girls, it just fits the storyline. Thank you~)

"H-hyung... I'm not too comfortable with this. You don't even know if Jisoo will be okay with it." How can this happen?! Why?!

"If it's to help my group, then I'm fine with it." Huh? What? Why? I am definitely not okay with this.

"Hyung, I still don't fe-"

"Jay, I understand, but sometimes you have to do things out of your comfort zone." I just looked at him in disbelief.

"Okay, so we’ll post up the confirmation letter after the meeting. Do you have any questions? No? Okay, Thank you guys. You may go." W-what about Y/n? What am I going to tell her? HOW am I going to tell her.

I got up and bowed at my manager, then headed out of the room. I was walking back to the dance practice room, hoping I have the courage to let Y/n know about everything.

"I'm sorry if you don’t feel quite comfortable about the whole dating thing. My group could really use this opportunity." Jisoo tapped on my shoulder to get my attention.

"It's okay, I guess. Like hyung said, I have to do things out of my comfort zone." If I look at it as helping another group, then it should not be a bad thing, right?

"Thank you oppa! This really means a lot to my group and I! I'll get going now. Thank you, again! Goodnight oppa." I bowed as I turned around and headed to the dance practice room. I walked into the room to see that Y/n was nowhere to be found.

"Hanbin-ah, where did Y/n go?" I asked just as I walked over to where he was standing..

"She said she was going home. She also said that she'd message you." I wonder if she heard about the dating thing. I nodded at Hanbin as I joined the others to practice.

After an hour of practice, we decided to end it here. I know I did not dance well...I can feel it. Who will be able to focus on their dancing, when they are basically being forced to date someone? I sat down where Y/n and I sat before. I grabbed my phone from my bag and immediately unlocked it. One new message from Y/n. I was so nervous to open it. What if she found out about the whole thing? How do I explain it without it sounding like I did not even try to get out of it.
