Hey guys! I know I haven't updated in a while, sorry about that.

If you really want more content faster then commenting ideas would help a ton. Thanks!!

Keith's POV:

I stared outside a window of the castle. We had just finished an alliance with several planets, and we currently were orbiting their solar system until the end of our visit. Vast oceanic planets of neon red deserts and yellow-green oceans lay below me, and blinking lights of civilization between them. I decided to linger in the hallways was useless, and stalked around in an attempt to find something to do. Suddenly, I heard a deep inhale, and a shaky breath- like someone crying.

I stood for a second, before turning a corner to find Lance sitting in the middle of the hallway, hugging his knees. Dry tears, obviously new, stuck to his face and a tint of red underlined the bottom of his eyes.

"Uhh, Lance? Hey-" He jumped, startled.

"O-oh! Hey, Keith, what's up?" He stepped back and turned to hide his face, the hand opposing me wiping his face. Way to be subtle.

I took a step forward. "Lance, your acting doesn't work on me. What's wrong? There's no use in trying to hide it from me." Another step. I'm surprised he hasn't taken off running yet, or even stepping away.

He sighed and ran both hands through his hair. "It's nothing Keith, nothing important." He shoved both hands in his pockets and almost turned around before I grabbed the hoodie of his jacket.

"I highly doubt that, Lance. What is it? Did one of the aliens say something?"

"No-nono, they didn't do anything. It's just..." He shrugged. "Homesickness?" It sounded more like a question. A deep stuttered breath rushed out of him like he was still sobbing.

Silence echoed around us. I just stared at him with my arms crossed. He sighed again. "Fine." He looked around the hallways briefly as to check if anyone was listening. "Homesickness is part of it, but...it's just the anxiety of being in space and I just ran out of depression meds. There. Happy now?"

"Wait, I didn't know you had depression?"

"Uh, yeah. I guess I just didn't want to be annoying. It's whatever."

"You should've told us! Pidge could totally make you some new meds."

"I guess but-"

"Lance." I took a step forward. "You don't have to hide these things from m-I mean us. We're a team, remember?"

He nodded and looked up at me. A smirk etched the side of his face. "One thing."

"What?"

"Who uses the word totally anymore?"

I rolled my eyes. "Shut up, Lance. Cmon, let's go get you those meds." I grabbed his hand and dragged him behind me so he couldn't see how red my face was.

Hey! It's not my fault Lance is cut- I mean annoying!

Ok so I know that was fluff but I'm in a weird place where I crave affection, so I'm going to write what I wish I had instead of being sad :)

You know who you are. If you're reading this I want an apology but I'm too scared to be a byotch about it. I miss you.
