I was woken up by my bedroom door slamming open. I sat up to see Noah carrying Aiden in. He was silent as he came closer to me and tossed Aiden onto the bed.

"Your child. Is a nightmare. In the morning." He said before leaving.

By then Ace had woken up and Aiden crawled over to him and cuddled into his side. "What happened monkey?" He asked as he ran his hand through Aiden's hair.

"I didn't wanna wake Papa or Daddy so I went to see if Uncle Noah would play with me. He was mean."

"How did you ask him to play?" I ask as I come to sit behind him and rub his back.

"Like I do you guys. I jumped on the bed. But I not see that Uncle Noah had a friend over. I think I jumped on her."

Ace covers his smile with his hand while I laugh. "How about we go get some breakfast? Do you want to eat up here or with the pack?" Ace asked Aiden as I calmed down.

"Pack!" Aiden screamed excitedly.

"Go get dressed and we'll head down," I said while helping him off the bed.

Ace walked beside and while carrying Aiden. I smiled happily as I looked at my family.

We can never let them go Conan said, I nodded in agreement.

As we entered the kitchen Aiden wiggled out of Ace's arms and ran to another little boy. They giggled to each other as the boy handed Aiden a cookie.

"Hey Monkey, are you going to introduce us to your friend?" Ace asked as I wrapped an arm around him. The little boy was a little taller than Aiden and wore blue jeans, a black tank top, and bare feet. His hair was light blonde, and his eyes were pale blue.

"Luna! It's so nice to meet you! My name is Cato." He ran over to us and held his hand out to Ace. He smiled and took the little hand in his to shake.

"Cato, you so smart." Aiden sighed dreamily.

"No Aiden, it's 'you're so smart, Cato'. We can work on it later."

Ace chuckled as I stared at the two children in shock. "It's nice to meet you too Cato. When did you two become friends?" He asked as he looked between Aiden and Cato.

"We aren't friends Daddy! We are best friends!" Aiden said dramatically.

"We were friends before the accident. I helped a lot with making Aiden all better again." Cato said while putting his arm around Aiden's shoulders. Aiden's face became bright red as he stared at the floor nervously.

He cannot have a boyfriend! Pup needs to stay young and innocent forever! Conan growled in my head at the actions between the two boys.

What if they are mates? Alvy asked teasingly.

T-then they can't be together until they know for sure! He said sounding not-so-sure of himself. Pup has to wait for his mate! Unlike some people.

I already told you that I didn't mean to do that. I was a young stupid kid that didn't know shit. My goal is to make sure that my children learn from the mistakes that I made. I growled.

Honey, just remember that they will be just as stupid as you were when you were a teenager. You can't get upset with them, because you did the same things that they are bound to do. Ace's voice rang through my head, calming me down.

"So, how old are you Cato?" I asked while I rubbed Ace's back with my hand.

"I am turning five years old, which makes me one year older than Aiden." He said while hugging Aiden and lifting him off the ground. Aiden giggled loudly while squeezing Cato's head. "Can we go outside to play, Luna?" He asked not letting go of Aiden.

"How about we build a fort and watch a movie?" Ace asked making Cato gasp and jump with Aiden still in his arms. Both boys nod excitedly. "You boys go play in the playroom while we set things up. We can order a pizza for lunch too."
