Essence
"Essence, Hurry that shit up, we ain't got all damn day." I heard Money scream from behind the door to me. I was paying him no attention as I applied some mascara to my already long eyelashes. Melanie had forced me to buy all of these expensive cosmetics and taught me how to use them properly. I could admit, she was right because it enhanced my beauty. I was really feeling myself in it right about now. No, it wasn't because I was in clothes that I couldn't even afford, it was because I felt good about myself, I felt wonderful insideand out for a change.
"I'm coming Damian, damn." I said calling him by his government name. Before I knew it, my door was flung open and he was standing next to me with a frown on his face. I wanted to laugh at how mad he got, but decided against it. Calling him his real name got under his skin, deeply.
"Aye, chill out wit' that shit and come on. That's enough make-up, you look pretty already." he said taking the make-up brush out of my hand and putting it back into it's box. I just stared at him with a smirk as he attempted to rush me. He wouldn't even tell me where we were supposed to be going today, so I dressed casual, but cute in my new fancy items. I paired a black leather skater skirt with a leopard crop top that tucked inside of my skirt, a burgundy blazer, and black booties. I accentuated the outfit with a single gold chained necklace. I've always had the eye for fashion, but never got to express it.
I'd left my hair to flow down my back with small curls. I stood up from the make-up counter in the walk-in closet and popped my lips, making my lipstick perfect. I smirked as I could see Money from the corner of my eye, simply watching me as I finished up my outfit. I grabbed my black Micheal Kors handbag and was ready to face the streets, as the same old Essence with a new swagger.
"I'm ready now, Mr.Impatient." I said and rolled my eyes. He sighed and mugged me, that only caused me to smile. He was cute when he was mad. As he walked down the stairs in front of me, I took in his choice of clothing for today. He wore light colored True Religion Jeans, a royal blue Hustle Gang T-shirt, wheat Timberland boots, a gold watch, and chain to pull everything together. I licked my lips and bit it afterwards. Damian was one fine work of art.
He came to the door and we both stepped outside into the fresh summer air. As the sun hit my light and exposed legs, I smiled. It felt good as I walked down the porch and waited for Money to finish locking up the house. I stood there admiring his many cars, until a stinging sensation was sent through my ass cheek and within the rest of my body. That made me hot as I frowned and looked to see he'd walked past me with a smirk. I rolled my eyes and followed behind him. He was such a bastard sometimes.
He chose to drive his Camaro today, so I slid into the small and sleek car. I crossed my legs and looked away from him out onto the window. I was still salty about him hitting my butt, as we pulled out of the driveway, gates, and onto the street. I didn't know where we were going, but it had to be something important, because he'd rushed me the whole time.
