The words that you speak
They don't quite sound the same
The questions you kept asking me
Were like screaming words of painYou question your actions
"Is it worthy living the dream?"
I've never seen you so guilty
You're not as happy as you seem"Everything's fine."
You laugh with your friends
While these honest words to me
you don't play pretendWords that you won't listen
you're drowning yourself out
You want me to help you
but you're running in circles
your mind -
stuck in reroute

Two Years Late
PoetryA collection of moments where rhyming was necessary. Short, simple poetry; yet, those who relate - too many. Weird titles for humor, but that doesn't make the poem experience less painful. Those titles are painful to me though. You'll see.
