Upon arrival, Egan promptly ran up to Spike and Flapjack, baby in hand. "Congratulations," He said cheerfully and softly to Spike, "He looks a lot like his dad, what should she be called?" He asked.
Spike looked at Flapjack, "You can pick."
Flapjack remembered the remorse he felt during Seth's death, and when he found out his husband had been cheating on him- even though he did the same. "Malala," He said quietly, "Pashto for 'one who is grieving; sad one.'"
"Why don't you use 'Gavri' as the middle name- seeing as he died in Redcotton for you, Spike." Bløød's omnipresence was annoying at times, and bothered Spike often.
"Malala Gavri X? Really?" Flapjack sighed.
"What about Luci Malala X?" Jay, Flapjack's ex-enemy, suggested as she walked in, her long blue curly hair bouncing joyfully at each step. "Luci as in Lucifer, your brother," When she saw that wasn't enough for them, she added, "It also means 'light,'" She looked at flapjack hopefully.
A smile spread across his face, "I like it, welcome to the world, Luci," He grabbed Luci and held her carefully, then his smile dropped, "Wait- where's she going to go to school, what if she doesn't want gay dads? Is she going to be lonely-"
"Hold that thought, we have twins. This one's a male," Egan announced, "90% vampire!"
"Twins-? Spike, did you know it was twins?" Flapjack asked his husband curiously.
"Yep, he's going to be Gavriel Black X."
