2:27pm

"Who's gonna make lunch?"

Minho opened his bedroom door and then looked at the male, taking his headset off. "I was just gonna order some food...."

After the two had woken up earlier, they ate breakfast. Caleb had mentioned that he got two copies of the new Call of Duty. And Minho was more than willing to play.

So ... that's what they did. For almost 6 hours.

And they were doing good.

Though they were both very new to that version of Call of Duty, they were both very skilled Call of Duty players. It didn't take them long to get the hang of things.

Now it was time to eat though.

Or at least order the food and wait for it.

-

It didn't take long for the food to arrive. Not really. Probably because they settled on something simple. Like pizza.

Unless you ordered the whole menu, pizza never really took long to deliver.

So now the two were sitting at the dining table, Minho eating his half of the pizza and Caleb eating his half.

They were fairly silent, the room only filled with the sounds of Minho's smacking.

Which annoyed the hell out of Caleb. If he was bolder, he would've shoved that pizza down his throat so he'd stop smacking.

The sounds of gagging were much more enjoyable than the sounds of smacking (kinky much?).  And he swore the older was doing it on purpose because he had already asked him kindly three times to stop.

Now, he'd try to ignore it to the best of his ability he guessed.

And it worked because eventually the male stopped and the room was silent again.

This time, it was Caleb who decided to break the silence.

"If you don't mind me asking, why do you sleep with so many different people?"

He looked at Minho, waiting for his face to change or something. Waiting for some sort of reaction. But he didn't really get one. At least not the one he expected.

While he didn't expect the male to get mad and highly offended, he expected a bit more than a shoulder shrug.

"Why do you ask?"

"Because I don't think it's safe."

Caleb mentally cursed himself. He didn't mean to tell the truth. He meant to lie.

Fuck me. Why didn't you lie, you dick? Now he's gonna know that you like him.

"What do you mean?"

Well ... there was no getting out of this now.

"Well ... even if you use protection, there's still a bunch of risks. You could still catch an STD. The condom ... uh ... it could break. You're pretty young and you're not even finished college. I don't think you want to become a father yet-"

"I don't have to worry about that. Especially the becoming a father part."

Wow. Cocky bitch.

He knew Minho was cocky. But this was a new level of cockiness.

This was cockéness.

"What do you mean?"

He scoffed and finally looked at Caleb. "What do you mean, 'what do you mean?'"

Caleb rolled his eyes. "Whatever. I was just trying to be a good friend and protect you a little bit."

"Why? Because you like me?"

Yes.

"No. Because I care for you. And without you, I wouldn't be living here right now. I'd be living in a smaller apartment by myself."

The two stared at each other for another moment. Caleb was sure that he looked like a deer caught in headlights. He felt as though his eyes were wide.

"Very well then." Minho had been the first to break eye contact. "Be a good friend and mind your own business."

And then he left.
