1:29am

Minho would've been asleep right now.

Except he couldn't.

Why?

Well because Caleb was tossing and turning in his bed. And it was annoying him. But he didn't want to tell the younger. Because he could tell that he was being subtle about it. He was trying to not just flop around.

He probably thought that he was asleep.

Minho decided to burst his bubble.

"Caleb?"

The response was a bit delayed. But it was there nonetheless.

"Huh?"

"What's wrong?" He turned around and looked at the younger, who was looking at the older with wide eyes. Like he had been caught.

Then he narrowed his eyes.

"Are you kidding me?"

Jesus fucking christ I was just trying to be helpful!

"No. Im serious. You keep flapping around like a fish out of water. I'm trying to sleep. It's bothering me."

"As if! You don't need sleep. You're dead!"

"So fucking what. I still like to sleep!"

"Whatever. You mean to tell me you don't hear that thumping around coming from upstairs?"

"What thumping?"

Now both of them were relatively calm. Or ... confused was the correct word.

"Didn't people move in upstairs?"

"No. No one moved in upstairs, baby."

"Yes they did. Because I helped them move in the last of their belongings yesterday when we got home from school. In fact, I think their moving truck is still out there..."

"Caleb, I don't know what the hell you're talking about. And to be honest, you're kind of scaring me."

"Whatever."

To say that Caleb was upset would be an understatement because currently he was angry.

Minho always did this! Something could happen right in his face.

Right in their face! And he'd say he didn't see it.

Like when Andrew walked him to the door and Minho swore up and down that he didn't see him.

Or when Caleb swore up and down that he had crashed his car into a pole because he almost ran into a dog.

It was either the dog or the car.

Minho's car, to be more exact.

And like now! The new neighbours (the ones he had helped move in last night - he remembers because he cut his hand on one of the boxes) were upstairs flopping around and Minho didn't hear him?

Minho always tried to make it seem like he was the crazy one.

And Caleb was livid.

Both men were at the window looking for the U-Haul truck that Caleb could've sworn was still outside.

But as they looked, there was nothing.

"Caleb, there's no truck out here."
