From 1.01 "Pilot", on a bus, Henry and Daniella were reading Henry's book

Kate: (Voice over) "Where every storybook character you've ever known..."

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Enchanted Forest's woods, Charming kissed Snow White with true love's kiss, causing a burst of magic erupt silent and harmlessly with a wave of rainbow magic

Kate: (voice over) "Is trapped"

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Enchanted Forest/Our World, Snow White/Mary Margaret released a blue bird out of the window.

From 1.01 "Pilot", in Storybrooke street, Emma, Henry and Daniella's were talking.

"The Evil Queen sent a bunch of fairytale characters here?" Emma asked

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Mills House, Regina was standing at the mirror, looking at her reflection with Henry's book in her hands

Henry: (voice over) "And no they don't remember who they are"

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the Enchanted Forest, the curse was making its way to the castle.

Kate: (voice over) "Victims of a powerful curse"

From 1.01 "Pilot", in the castle, the Evil Queen was confronting everyone "Everything you love, everything all of you love, will be taken from you"

From 1.01 "Pliot", in the Mills House, Regina was at Daniella's room, with Henry's book in her hands, looking surprised

Mary Margaret was sitting in her loft, on the window seat, eating breakfast, looking outside through the window, seeing that the time on the clock tower had moved because time had unfrozen in the town, surprised.
