"Hey, Alyson, I need to talk with you after the ceromony"

This ceromony taking place was for the dedication brought on by the troops who fell on the Vaktovian raids. Every surviving Mobile Infantry was there. The person leading the ceromony was the Sky Marshal, surrounded by his Special Mission Squad bodygaurds. After the raids new sqauds were reformed and others reunited, such as the First Space Squad, and Spearhead being disavowed and Special Service Unit replacing it.

"Sure, and are you fine with that new arm?" Alyson said, sarcastic clearly. I just stood there after that, remenicing about the times with those troops, such as Allen who was the commander who got executed on the Vaktovian warship. It's funny really, now we need to elect more Generals from Commanders, but there are less Commanders than Generals. That's right, only three Commanders. Shokey, Amaris and Rook. And the Generals alive are Alyson, Matthew, Puppy (who recently came back from retirement to help us in our time of need,) and I.

The main focus on this cermony was to celebrate the death of a loyal trooper, who was the one who killed Vaktus. But also for all other troopers who died that day. It is a real inspiration for the troops now, they have someone to aspire to. However, two troops stand out the most now; they have red blotches on their skin and cuts all over their face. The ceromony will last two hours, and the banners hung around the capital and all provinces for a year afterwards. All names will be read out of the dead, starting with the higher ranks and ending with the volounteers. The first name on the General list was Andy, I felt my heart burn when I heard it. And the name list went on for 3,541 names. Aterwards the 20 morita salute then the trumpets. I hang around afterwards; having caught Amaris' eye she looked depressed as her ex-boyfriend died in the battle. And I saw the weeping of another female soldier, one who stood by on the walls to defend. Luckily, I wasn't the one who told her that her boyfriend died a hero.

The ceromony ended, leaving few people out on the courtyard. I followed Alyson to our barracks, leaving Matt out on the courtyard dealing with a few shell shocked troops. We turned the TV on and sat on the couch, what we always do when we are off duty. The baracks is built for 10 people, now only four people live in it. Our bodygaurd was still alive, standing by the door, and he just looked depressed, being a member of the SMS (Special mission squad) he knew alot of people in there, and they are always either bodygaurds or put into battle. And those that go into battle fight to the last breath, but those who defended on the raid were all killed due to executions of seemingly excellent men carried out by the Vaktovians. I just looked at Alyson and I saw the expression, depressed but knowing something is going to go well. Well, how can anything get much worse?
