001. Arrival.

It was your first day after the summer vacation. Sometimes you couldn't believe that your life was actually quite similar to that of your best friend , Harry Potter - who is famous in the Wizarding World unlike you , An ugly ; un-socialized and a total couch potato. Your parents died fighting the Dark Lord and you were raised by your aunt , Chrysan and her 'good-for-nothing' husband , Steve. They even had an annoying daughter named , Christine . Quite a match, isn't it ? Not to mention some people even call you a 'Chicken nugget' , your favorite kind of snack from the muggle World.But hey still , How Rude Of Them. Did you mention you are a Half-Blood ? Well now you know . Still , We need a lot to talk about an-- ARHH.

"HEY !! Oh- its you nugget , are you blind huh ? Can you not watch your steps ??" I was still closing my eyes shut due to the impact but from the throw of words we can get a preety clear idea to whom the voice belonged.

"Have you finally lost your sanity ? pfft."

Malfoy.

Draco Malfoy.

I open my eyes only to see a scowling Malfoy.

"I-uh you bumped into me , I didn't." I protested with a shaky voice looking down.

He glared.

I didn't look up .

I could feel it .

I could feel it - Piercing through me.

"Oh , I beg your pardon - mind to go over again ?" He bent down to match my eye level.

"I- "

"I COMMAND ALL STUDENT IN THE CORRIDORS TO RETURN TO THEIR RESPECTIVE HOMEROOMS THIS INSTANT. THERE HAS BEEN AN ATTACK OVER THE SCHOOL COMPOUND BY THE DEMENTORS." shouted McGonnagal on the announcer.

Without a second thought , I turned around and dashed towards the RavenClaw homeroom only to see Harry , Ron and Hermione running as well towards the same direction.

I could see one of the dementors .

"shit." I mentally cursed but said it out loud.

It spot me.

"Darn my luck."

I managed to sigh while running at full pace , when somebody grabbed my wrist .

I almost flipped.

"HEY--WHAT DO YOU NEED ??"

"Oh rude much ? New student . Muggle . Half-Blood . Where is the hall ?" He spoke not socializing much yet in a cold tone.

"Oh its there---" I was about to point to our left when I saw the dementor almost at my fingertips. I could tell he was afraid. When I realised we didn't have a chance other than battling it. The new student ducked - little did he know he cannot dodge it.

I pulled out my wand and stepped infront of the newbie in attempts to protect him.

I prepared myself.

Took a deep breath.

"EXPECTO PATRONUM." My voice echoed through the corrridor.

I waited for my patronus , The Queen Pegasus to evelop from the end of my wand as the dementor proceeded. The newbie shaking with fear as he was squat down.

Nothing . Happened .

"EXPECTO PATRONUM."

I screamed again.

Still Nothing.

Unknowingly , tears streamed down your face as you inhaled your last gush of air .

Or so you thought.

"EXPE--"

"EXPECTO PATRONUM" someone screamed from behind you.

You turned swiftly - hoping your neck didn't snap - only to see the newbie looking at the same direction as you .

And.

The voice belonged to,

None other than,

The most feared Slytherin of all time ,

And your bully ,

Draco Malfoy.

And with him you spot a blue , dewy figure in the shape of a wolf charging towards the Dementor.

Both of you stare in an awe at Malfoy.

He made eye - contact .

You quickly were knocked back into your senses , a red tint spreading across your peach - hued face.

"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR [Y/N] ???? GO CALL THE AUTHORITY ???" He screamed.

You grab hold of the newbies hand and sprint towards the office compartments.

You caught a glimpse of Malfoy batting eyes at you two holding hands.

You blush at the thought.

'Is he jealous ?'

You snap.

'Nah.'

'He's my bully , maybe its just my conscience.'

.Malfoy's POV.

You bat eyes at them holding hands.

You felt weird.

Something didn't feel right.

She was supposed to be yours.

'Wait. What ?'

Meh.

'She's just one of those mudbloods.'

'Who cares ?'

.

.

.

.

You did.

Wait.

That guy ,

That newbie ,

Wasn't he ... Jisung Park ?
