"Hey Cordelia" he said.
"It's Anne. Not Cordelia" I mumble.
"Yeah but you wanted me to call you Cordelia... don't you remember?"
"It was 8th grade Kavinsky. It's been 3 years." He chuckled.
"So what are you saying, you grew up?" He was chuckling.
"Well I'm saying I'm not Cordelia anymore."

I was on the floor getting pushed by these boys.
"Hey, you. James(Charles)." The kid that was hitting me stopped and looked up.
"H-hey Noah"
"What are you doing here? You aren't hitting girls again are you? I mean you shouldn't, you don't want to get beat up again, right?" James scurried off.
"Thanks..." I mumbled.
"What's your name?"
"Anne..." I mumble.
"Anne.. but you can call me Cordelia."

"You are trying to talk to me because of the letter... I know..." I mumble.

"I write it right after camp ended. We were in 8th grade. I don't like you anymore. Can I have my letter now?" He handed the letter to me.
"Thanks." I grab the letter and stand up to go to class.
"That's it?" He asks.
"What else? What do you want from me?"
