Ava, Jazmin, and Marcus ran from the steps out into the parking lot, eyes scanning the cars for one that they could borrow. To their misfortune, no one was near their car half way through service. 'We'll just have to wait.' Jazmin sighed. Marcus shook his head, looking dedicatedly for something specific in the lot. ' I've always wanted to do this; now is really the only time we can get away with it.' He said emotionally, voice raised passionately. Marcus dramatically pointed his finger at a certain car- Matt and Michelle's shiny grey Volvo, sitting in pristine tranquility in it's spot near the exit. The calm before the storm. Ava and Jazmin exchanged glances, hesitant. ' you want us to steal our youth pastors' car..' ava asked slowly, eyeing Marcus. 'I wouldn't say no just yet... but I need to know why we need the car that bad. Jazmin?' Ava turned her stare expectantly over to the strawberry blond girl. Marcus nodded. 'Yes Jazmin, who did it?'
Jazmin grinned slyly. 'I only know two people who may conspire against us. And for what reason? Because they want full control over the river room- and gale's heart. See, if we lost the donuts, we wouldn't be as good employees to Gale as they were... soo..'
Ava crossed her arms. ' you really think...' she looked at Marcus, who actually nodded thoughtfully.
'It's possible' he said. 'Anything for a car chase.'

"why don't we just use the ship?" Jazmin asked, pointing a thumb at Ian and John's spaceship sitting in the sidelong of the building. "too loud." Ava exclaimed. "Too boring" Marcus said slyly. Jazmin nodded. "makes sense."

She pulled a bike helmet out of her back pocket and strapped it on her head. 'To the secret lair of our enemies. Ava?'
Ava nodded, pulling a Bobby pin out of her hair and sticking it into the lock on Matt and Michelle's Volvo. After a few seconds, the door clicked and ava looked up with satisfaction. 'Hop in!' She exclaimed, and pulled herself into the driver's seat. Jazmin took shotgun and Marcus perched himself on the hump in the back. He leaned forward between the two front seats and nodded. 'Ready?'
Jazmin shook her head and ava placed her phone with google maps on the dashboard of their ride. She had typed in the address of a dear freind's house- a house holding many secrets that they would soon unveil.
