Chapter four things seem to be better

Chapter 4: things seem to be better

Months go by and things seem to get better. We haven't had a nasty visit from the dark angel since he gave me the warning that I should tell JD and the rest of my family that I was pregnant. My stomach grew as my sweet baby angel grew. I was sitting in my room rubbing my stomach as the others with the help of some of the castle staff put together a baby room together the way I wanted it to look. The baby kicked my hand when I got lost in thought and stopped rubbing my stomach. I figured that I was having a girl before I actually find out what I'm having.

Everyone else hopes for a boy but I have a feeling that they are wrong. I hopped that I was right though. I wanted to name my daughter Phoebe which means the moon goddess. Just thinking about having a daughter made me smile down at my large growing stomach. I got up from my bed and decided to go check on how the room was coming along. 

"What do you think babe?" JD asked me as he walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. I smiled up to him and then looked around the room. The walls and carpet where a pale pin. The crib and changing table was a mix of pinks and purples. The closet was full of baby stuff and baby girl clothes.

"It's amazing babe. Everyone has done such a great job with this room." I said as I reached up and kissed JD softly on the lips. He smiled and then got onto his knees and placed his hands on my swallen stomach and then placed kisses on my stomach. The baby kicked a little bit and started moving a lot. I giggled as i watched JD chase the movements of the baby.

"Have you thought of a name for our baby girl?" JD said as he stood up and pulled me into his chest.

"Actually I did babe. I was thinking of nameing her Phoebe." I said as I smiled up to JD.

"Meaning goddess of the moon. I like it babe it's perfect for our little angel." JD said as he placed a loving hand on my stomach. Everyone started to head for the dinning room to eat. JD and I fallowed behind them. JD walked slower so I could keep up with him. Once we got to the dinning room JD pulled out my chair so I could sit down without hurting myself.

"Wow Angel you're looking so..." I quickly cut Alleyen off.

"FAt I know don't remined me." I said laughing. Alleyen laughed with me.

"I was going to say beautiful before you cut me off." Alleyen said as she started to feed her face. There was a lot of talking amoung the vampires and angels. I was happy to see that they all where being nice to each other. It made me feel proud of my future kingdom. 

She should be having little Phoebe soon. She's eight months along." James said as he flashed me a carming smile. I smiled back at him and then it took it me a minute to relise he knew the name I picked out for my baby.

"How did you know that's the name of our baby James?" I asked him and he just winked at me as he took a drink of his blood.

"Vampires know everything haven't you figured that one out yet young queen." JAmes said as he looked over to my mother who instantly looked at her plate. I was confused I didn't understand what just haooened in front of me.

"Mother is there something you're forgetting to tell me?" I asked her as i set my fork down on my plate.

"Actually I was getting ready to tell you but it seems James wants to rush things." Anarea said as she gave a playful smile to JAmes. "Well here goes nothing." Anarea said as she took a deep breath. "When you're child is born I must step down from my throne and hand it over to you." I gaspped at what my mother said. It was hard to take this all in at once. "Meaning you're wedding is tomorrow. James has the power to see the future before we can get there and he told me that in two days you'll be giving birth to Phoebe." Anarea said, I looked over to Alleyen who shrugged her shoulders.

"And you decied to tell me now. Well at least I'll be ready by then." I said and smiled at everyone. i couldn't believe that I'll be a wife in just a few hours, a mother and queen in two days. We all went back to eating and talking.  I was still trying to get all this new information to processe through my head but it was kind of hard to but all I knew was that I was ready for it all.

I'll be teaching my own daughter the way my mother had tought me to be a princess and to fight in battle. I knew that JD wouldnt allow her to fight in a battle once she hit the right age but he had no choice it's a royal light angel's birth right that at the age of 15 they fight in a battle with other angels. But if our daughter is anything like me she'll go against what her father wants from her just like I did with my mother.

I was happy that my little girl will get to grow up with something that I lost before I was even born. I wanted to give her a life that I never got to have. I know that my little girl will be able to handle everything on her own and that she'll make the right choices in her life that will take her up on the right path of power. With all this eating, talking, and thinking I started to feel really tired. Jd looked over to me and noticed the tired look on my face.

"Lets get you to bed you have a very long day tomorrow my queen." JD said as he smiled down at me. I gave him a weak tired smile. JD stood up and then picked me up out of my chair and carried me all the way to our room.

"You know I can walk. You dont have to carry me." I told him as we walked into the throne room.

"I know but you're tired and I don't want you to do to much and have you sleep in tomorrow and miss you're wedding love." JD said as he placed a soft kiss on my forehead. I smiled softly and rested my head against his chest. When we got to our room he placed me in bed and wrapped the covers around me. "I'm gonna take a quick shower and then I'll be beside you just sleep now my sweet queen." JD wispered as he placed a soft kiss on my lips. I closed my eyes and fell asleep. Five minutes later I felt JD crawl into bed next to me.

JD wrapped his arms around meas best as he could. I cuddled closer to him and then fully fell asleep. I kept jumping through dreams one where I was teaching little PHoebe how to act like a princess and then to the wedding. It was confusing cause this never happened before. But then my dream showed me what Phoebe was seeing right now and it shocked me awake.

My little girl has a special power to show people what she saw. It all made since now she was showing me how she thought it would look like when I was teaching her everything that I knew. I looked at the clock and it read 2:03 so I layed back down and went back to sleep. Phoebe kept showing me different things and she also made me feel what she felt everytime daddy kissed my stomach and when JD carried us. She loved the way I talked and laughed and she showed that she really wants to meet everyone here.

 I could tell that Phoebe is gonna be really loved around here. She showed me that she was kind of scared to me Alleyen and her vampire family. I talked to her through my mind to hers and told her that there was nothing to be afraid of. That the vampires and Alleyen will love her and protect her like they do with me.
