Peter woke up in a small gray room with one bed, it appeared to have no doors and no form of escape. He started to panic remembering the last events that took place.

"HELLO" he yelled to nobody in particular, but it appears someone her him because a part of the smooth wall lifted up to reveal it was a door, and a main in a white coat stepped through.

"Hello, Mr. Parker" they guy say eyes burned a violent red.

"Who are you?" Peter demanded

"I'm doctor Sokolov Me and other Hydra scientists will be your doctors"

"I'm not sick," Peter says mustering all the strength he can

"Not yet," Sokolov says jabbing a needle in Peters' neck. And his vision blurred, darkened and then faded.

He woke up lying face down on a metal table with a searing pain in his neck but he could not move.

"The anesthesia is wearing off sir, should we give him more? said an unknown scientist

"No just up the paralyzer" the voice peter recognized as Sokolov

"The device is ready to implant" Another unrecognized voice spoke out.

"Then do so" o

At that, Peter felt a piece of cool metal hit the part of his neck that was in pain he couldn't tell if it made it better or worst. There was a loud clicking sound and then it felt as if all his nerves were being violently shaken, it soon became too much for his brain to handle so it shut off.

It had been two days since Peter went missing and Tony was a mess, it didn't help in the slightest when he found the apology note on peters bed as if had been bad enough on its own.
As Natasha was trying her hardest to track down where tony's kid was, per his request, like magic their screens were overwritten and a map was shown with a pinpoint marked Mr. Parker.

"Tony!" Nat yelled. And at the request, he ran in.

"Yes"

All Natasha had to do was point to the screen before Ironman took to the sky.
