Sick BOI

Tony Pushed open the door to Peter's room and sees he's still asleep. He's laying on his bed in a fetal position. He looks so small in his giant bed covered in pillows.

"Hey, bud, How you feeling?" Tony says sitting on the lege of Peters bed

"My stomach feels weirddd," Peter wines

"Probably because you haven't eaten anything since the ice cream." Tony joked brushing his fingers through Peters' hair.

Peter then turns to plant his face in his pillow and lets out a muffled," it's a different kind of weird, I'm not hungry"

"Peter lookup please,"

At this peter turn his head slightly so he's still laying down but his four head is exposed. Tony then removes a clear device from his wristwatch and puts it on Peter's head.

"Buddy, your temp is at 150࿀, you're not going to school" Tony states

"Finally something normal that's wrong with me," Peter says with a half smile

"I'll get the green and wizard doctor to look at you," Tony says kissing the top of Peter's head good grief he really was going full dad mode.

"Hey, Bru-" Tony Starts being cut off at the sight of Steve in his suit, "What's going on?"

"There was a Hydra attack on the west coast, we're going down to check it out," Steve says equipping his shield

"Well, I've got a sick kid to take care of" Tony responds

"I can take care of him, hulks too destructive for this mission," Bruce offers

"Great Tony suit up you and Steve will be partners" Natasha directs, "Thor your with sam as 'sky buddies, and Clint and I,"

The playboy gives a sigh in defeat "Let me go tell Peter." Tony say starting my way to his room

When Tony opens the door peter's room he finds the young spider is not on his bed, but leaning over the toilet tossing his lunch.

"Hey buddy," He says rubbing circles onto Peters back, "Bruce is gonna take care of you I need to go on a mission"

Peter gives a half nod and then goes back to dry heaving.

(Steve's POV)

Oh my buttered biscuits, I get that his kid is sick and all but he's been facetiming him the entire flight to the mission.

"Tony Shut off the call I think Bruce knows how to treat Peter by know were arriving in 5 minutes," I say tapping on a few screens

"Ok I get it capsicle," Tony says turning off the screens,"so we're even is this mission."

"A wealthy man by the name of Kyle Grozny is hosting a gala tonight with people from all around the world, we think this is where he plans to release an airborne pathogen virus he's created and sell the antidote for millions," I respond residing what Nat told me "our job will be to break into the lab to get the antidote wail Nat distracts him falcon and thor will be our eyes in the sky and Clint is spotting Natasha."

"Got it," Tony responds

This was the third time I had vomited in the toilet, Mr. Bruce told me that I had some form of a flue. I crawled back into my bed with what little strength I had left, this whole thing has given me time to do what I had avoided most; over think things. What if hydra did this, what if they're planning to get to me again when all the Avengers are out and I don't have the ability to defend myself!

"Hey Friday put up the bulletproof casings around my window."

"Sure thing Mr. Parker, I also just got a notification from CPS that the trial custody era is almost over for Mr. Stark and he'll soon need to be present in court along with you so you can make your decision."

"What? Trail?"

"Oh, yes the jurisdiction from that case reads Antony E. Stark is still under question of his parental abilities due to his 'past' he will get a two month period in a Simi guardian authority over Peter B. Parker."

"Uggg, can't I just say that I would like him as my dad?!"

"Sending preference to Judge Maroon," F.R.I.D.A.Y responds

I sigh and slowly get up to get some medicine and a glass of water
