*two weeks later*
Tony was sitting on the couch flipping through news channels, each one had a different report on the 'new Spiderman' and all the crimes committed by him. Robberies of government facilities, kidnappings, you name it they're showing it. It hurt the billionaire's heart, he just got his kid back and now he's gone again. Tony was doing his best to study these stories, to find a pattern, something, anything to get his kid back.
That's about when Natasha came in on the phone
"Yes Nick, I'll tell him right now." she clicks the phone off and continues to talk to the billionaire "S.H.I.E.L.D found a pattern in Peter's attacks, they think he's going to the west coast alpha base next"
Tony looks to Steve who was right behind her (along with the rest of the Avengers, "say the words Steve."
"Avengers Assemble"
*Time skip ~⊙u⊙~*
All of the Avengers were crowded in a dark room that contained the data Peter was after. They were all in their respective positions that Tony had made up in his 'plan'. The metal doors to the room slide open and no matter what Tony told himself he was not ready for what he saw, Peter in his new suit and Tony could tell that not all of the 'red' on it came from the fabric natural color. Nat dropped first to tackle Peter to the ground only for Peter to dodge the attack. Next up were Steve and Bucky each of them grabbing one of Peters' wrist only to be flipped on their backs. At this point the plan had failed and the Avengers started free fighting, Tony knew there was only one option now and he hated it.
"Fri, Set my repulsors to stun"
"Done sir"
Tony raised his gauntlet, he waited untell he had a clear shot a Peters back and Fired. Everybody was still for one-tenth of a second tell Peter collapsed to the floor.
Steve shot a dirty look at Tony about to open his mouth tell Natasha smacked him on the back of the head.
"It was on Stun you idiot, Tony would never shoot his kid," She hissed
Tony walked over and picked Peter's limp body up feeling enormous amounts of guilt.
"Let's go home," I say walking towards the jet.
