CB hasn't been feeling good lately. He has been feeling left out, ignored, shut off.
Almost invisible.
Mark hasn't been mistreating him or anything, the giant had just been so busy with his career and personal things that he paid less attention to the small, speechless man.

"Mm-muh." CB tugged on the giant's jeans, mumbling out his name in the only way he knew how. No response, except for the flurried tapping of giant fingers against the keyboard. He coughed and pulled harder, dry throat craving the sweet relief of water that only his friend could provide.
"Oh, CB hey." The man yelped when Mark grabbed him in a loose fist, his stomach lurching as he was raised up to the desk. CB made their agreed motions for water, but Mark had already reset his face to the glowing screen, a concentrated frown upon his features.

It was like CB didn't exist in that moment, except as a trinket for Mark to muck around with. He got his water...eventually, but some part of him just, cracked. Did Mark still care for him like he did before? Yes, because he still made him breakfast in the morning, and hid him from the scientists, and help him when he was sick.
But, the Korean man ignored CB sometimes. Acted like he just didn't want to deal with this little creature.

CB sat at the table in Mark's kitchen, curled in the handle of coffee cup and enjoying the warmth the giant piece of ceramic gave off. Running his slender fingers through his long hair, he yawned and lazily looked toward the door, hearing Mark's footsteps on the floor far below him. He came through the doorway, looking tired; grey rings hung under his eyes, and his hair was messy, but his presence still warmed CB up more than any coffee.
CB got out and waved at the giant, who changed his path toward the table. But the hand that reached down toward him wasn't laid palm up as an offer to snuggle up in his pocket or his shoulder, the fingers wrapped around the coffee cup and retreated. Without a word in greeting, and CB's shoulders curled forward in defeat.
