"Hey-oh, what is happening?"
Cassie looked at me, "What?"
"Can I have one? I've always wanted to try one of these." I said, sitting down with her.
"That was my last one." She said. "What are you doing here?"
"I couldn't sleep. Still thinking about yesterday." I said and she smiled, "You're gaining your weight back."
"Yeah." Cassie sighed, "I'm getting better."
"I'm glad." I kissed her forehead, "How are you? You know, with this whole thing."
"I'm okay, I guess. I just... I wish I could be in college already, just like Stiles."
I nodded, "Yeah, me too. We just have to figure this out. Everything is going to be okay."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Hmm, yeah. I hope so." I confessed and she nodded.
Cassie sat on my lap, "Hey, I was thinking about cutting my hair. Like, remember when I was 12? And I had that haircut with the bangs?"
"Yeah, yeah."
"Do you think I should cut it?"
"Definitely!" I told her.
Before we could continue the conversation, my phone started ringing.
"Yeah?"
"Scott? It's Lori, hmm, Brett's sister?"
"Yeah. What's up?"
"I need your help."
I looked at Cassie and she got up, "I'm gonna wash this off my face and we can go."
After Cassie was dressed, we ran outside her house and I saw Lori outside, waiting for me.
"I found this. It's Brett's, and he's missing and I heard gunshots." She said quickly, handing him the broken lacrosse stick.
"How do you know this is his blood?" I asked her.
"Because he's my brother. It's mine, too."
"Alright, I'm gonna text Lydia and Malia. I should also tell Liam and Mason." Cassidy said, grabbing her phone.

Lydia is with Mason and Corey at the school, trying to use her Banshee abilities to find Brett while Cassie, Malia, Liam, Lori, and I are back in the woods.
"Here!" Liam murmured and we ran towards him. "I think he set a trap."
"He's fighting back." I said.
