Fire of Love ✔️ (Natsu x Reader)

Attack!

I wake up warm and happy in Natsu's arms. It's been a month since he's marked me and we've been so happy. Gray has given Juvia a chance and has grown to love her so much. Lucy is still looking for someone but she's not rushing it. She's still sad she doesn't have Natsu but she's not letting it get to her.

I smile and look at Natsu who is out like a light and snoring which makes me giggle because he has his mouth open. I close his mouth and he grumbles and grabs me tightly. I giggle more and kiss his forehead then his nose and then his lips. Now his eyes are open and he's looking at me and smiling.

"Good morning!" I say happily and he smiles at me more.

"Good morning. Your happy today." He says and grabs me and hugs me tightly

"Of course I'm happy. I have you." I tell him and he hugs me close and nuzzles into my neck.

"The feeling is mutual." He whispers in my ear

"I want to buy you something. A present. Something you can wear to show that your mine. You marked me so it's obvious I'm yours." I tell him firmly and he smiles making me smile.

"Ok let's go!" He says happily

"No. I want to go alone. I want to surprise you." I tell him and he looks at me sadly. "Please Natsu. You know I'll be safe and if I need you I can call you using the mark." I reassure him. He sighs but nods his head in agreement. "Thank you. Go to the guild and I'll be there once I get it. I have a idea so I shouldn't be long."

He reluctantly agrees and we get up and get dressed. We walk to the guild and he lets me go with a sad expression. I walk into the shops area and he walks into the guild. I walk through town to the jewelers. I've actually been planing this since the day after he marked me and it's finally ready. I had a dragon made out of a magma rock and it's placed on a thick but not super thick silver chain. I even had our names etched into the back of the dragon in a heart so everyone will know. The dragon should resemble fire and should be polished to perfection. That's what I paid for.

I walk into the shop and I'm greeted by the owner. "Y/N your here! Wonderful! It's ready for you and I know you'll love it!" He says excitedly and rushes off to grab it. He returns a minute later with a box and a smile on his face. He holds it in front of me and opens the box. I smile brightly as I see exactly what I wanted. A magma rock carved to resemble a dragon and its polished beautifully and shines red, orange and yellow and its connected securely to a sturdy looking silver chain. I pick up the dragon and flip it over and sure enough on the back is our names with a heart around it.

"It's perfect! Absolutely perfect!" I squeal excitedly

"I'm glad you like it so much." He smiles and closes the box.

I pay him the remainder I owe and walk out and head to the guild happily. I'm about to reach the guild when I'm grabbed from behind making me jump and drop my box and I'm knocked out.

Natsu's POV
I feel Y/N is in trouble. I can't shake the feeling. It's making me uneasy. Everyone is trying to talk to me but I don't hear them. I suddenly feel like someone has grabbed her. I feel her panic and then it's gone. I jump up suddenly and run out of the guild. I see a box on the ground and smell Y/N's scent. I look around and don't see her. I pick up the box and open it and remove the beautiful dragon necklace in it. I examine it and see our names on the back and I knew this was her gift to me. I hear footsteps behind me as I put the necklace on calmly.

"What happened?!" Erza shouts

"Someone took Y/N. Come on." I reply

"Where'd the necklace come from?" Gray asks
