SAKURA POV

So far all my requirements are met to graduate, this also goes for most of my friends. All we need is our science fair project.

"Sakura what's wrong," Sasuke-kun asked me while he now sat next to me in our homeroom classroom. I was reviewing my checklist for graduation while he was playing with my short pink hair.

"Nothing just thinking about the stupid science fair project," I said with an audible sigh in the end. This seriously frustrates me because I just might end up being Haru's partner. Unless Orochimaru senie is willing to put me and Sasuke-kun together for the project. All these rambling thoughts were in my head making me feel like a headache was about to approach. But then it all ended with a surprise that caused me to blush.

I was quickly met with a kiss on the cheek. "Don't worry about it..." Sasuke said while gently smiling at me making me feel at ease and forget all my trouble.

"Yeah...your right..." I said while putting my papers away in my backpack and decided to just focus on the now and ignore my problems which will come in the future.

"So your final match today...are you nervous," he asked me while since for swim team, baseball, and softball season is coming to an end. Sasuke-kun football season has ended about two months ago...so I wasn't able to see him play sadly.

"No I am prepared to defeat the Sand Village team," I said with determination.

"That's my cherry blossom" he whispered to me causing me to feel weak into my knees. God this boy can surely make any girl weak...but despite all the other girls in this school who are more prettier and high social standing he decided to choose me...even after all those years of separation between us.

"Hey, Sasuke-kun our sleepover is coming up..."I said which caused him to blush and turn his head while bringing his hand up to his face hiding his tinted cheeks.

"Hahaha" I began to laugh over his shy side. I mean let's see after all the dance and our first date we have been closer even if we don't show public display we love eahcother....we have this connection between us that no one can come between us...no one...

"Hey, I wonder where Naruto, Karin, and Suigetsu are at...they left early from school yesterday and they are absent today?" I asked while seeing Hina-chan talking to Kiba and Shino.

"Who knows...I'll probably ask him when I get home today after dropping you home since your motorcycle is in the shop," Sasuke-kun said.

"You sure the walk back from my place to yours is pretty far...you'll get home late," I said feeling back for the long walk since by that time the train will be closed.

"Hmm yeah I don't mind...besides I get to spend more time with you," he said while leaning his head onto the table and closing his eyes. I smiled and decided to play with is duck-butt hair for the remainder of the class.

"Duck-butt," I said out of the blue.

"Urusai," he said causing me to giggle.

SASORI POV

"Long time no see Itachi...are you here also to tell me to tell Sakura to leave Sasuke just like your father," I said while I fixed my glasses and leaned next to the door frame of my home as my long time old friend stand in front of me in his usual tux and suitcase.

"No, if possible I want my brother to have the happiness I couldn't have only because of social standards my father always forced onto me...but I am here to tell something about what my father wants to do to separate them but that matter must be during another time...right now I am here for the safety of Sakura-chan" he said which caused me to tense over the fact that Sakura may be in danger.
