OLD FRIENDS

SASORI POV

After the softball match, Sakura left with her friends to go and celebrate, not that I mind she is finally being a teenager of her age compare to being with me and reading those old ancient Greek medical books I am reading for my major.

I smiled over the memory of how she began reading those textbooks at such a young age and asking so many questions over the medical procedures and herbs along with the medicine and how it changed over time. This resulted in her desire to be a doctor once she graduated from primary school and entering secondary school. I smiled upon the memory and realized how much time we spent together due to her struggle of making friends besides Naruto. But now...she has not only grown so beautiful, but she also has amazing friends, and she found her once lost love as well...I just hope they can fight together for that happiness...the world can be a cruel place...full of lies, envy, hatred and so much more...

Right now I was walking back home with Itachi. It's been a while since we last talked like true friends...I mean we have seen each other in school and what not but when it came to talking we usually became distant and continue on with our day as if we were complete strangers...ever since we fell in love with the same person it kind of changed for us...I wonder who would you have chosen...Izumi Uchiha.

FLASHBACK (THIRD POV)

"Guys look what I got," Izumi Uchiha said while running up to the two boys. One with raven colored hair and charcoal colored eyes. As for the other, he had sunset colored eyes along with burgundy colored hair. Itachi Uchiha and Sasori of the Sand were their names, and well known as well since they both were in the football team in their schools leading them to become rivals. You see Itachi went to the elite high school of Konoha. As for Sasori, he decided to go to a regular high school along with Izumi.

Both Izumi and Sasori were from the lower class family, yes an Uchiha family was in the lower class. Reason for this was because Izumi mother fell in love with someone from the lower class, she gave up everything and sacrificed everything to be with him.

Anyways they all became good friends in primary school and have been together since then...but there was a secret among them...the two boys have fallen in love with Izumi. Not bringing up a single word...deciding to keep that secret within themselves for they were afraid to break the bond within each other...

"What is that? Itachi said as the two boys waited outside the school gate for her since classes were over and she had her club activity being archery.

"MEOW"

"It's a baby kitten!" she squealed while the cute white kitten with blue sparkling eyes purred against the girl's chest.

"Izumi you know your parents won't let you have the kitten due to your-

"ACHOO"

"Allergies," Sasori said finishing Itachi's sentence and fact.

"I know but winter is coming and I don't want this little guy to stay out here..." she said with pleading eyes to the boys asking for help.

"You know my father won't allow me..."Itachi said while a small frown upon his lips for her cannot help the girl he loves.

"I'll keep it..."Sasori said with pink tinted cheeks. But since it is cold his friend and lover won't pay attention to it.

"You will!!" Izumi beamed with happiness.

"Hai...even though I am not much of a cat person..."Sasori stated since he never was good with cats, to begin with. He would always get scratched or bitten by one whenever he found a stray kitten.
