After work I went home and took a shower, then I changed into some comfortable clothes. "Where's my favorite niece??" I said coming into the room to find Ariya gurgling in my sister's arms. She is so beautiful, one of the most georgous babies I've ever seen. I tickled her little feet and watched her give me the cutest smile ever. "Yes who's a pretty girl?" I said baby talking her. "How are you sis?" "I'm doing good I just really miss my boo" she said pouting. "Well I can understand that but at least it's only 2 more weeks now, so it'll be over before you know it" I said trying to comfort her. I know how it feels to really be missing your man and it sucks. "Let's chilllll and let's settle down...." My phone started to sing. "Hey babe wassup" I said putting him on speakerphone. I was still playing with baby girl so I thought nothing of it to put him on speakerphone.  All I heard was some static and muffled voices. "Girl who is that" Seriya whispered. "Slick, but I think he butt dialed me" "Well don't hang up this could be important" she whispered back. I handed Ariya back to her as I turned the volume up trying to listen. I could only hear muffled voices and faint conversation. I heard a man give  Slick some address and told him to be there in an hour. So I googled the address before I hung up the phone. It was for The Plaza Del Rio hotel in Dunwoody. "Alright I'll head over there now" I heard slick say but I couldn't make out anything else he was saying. I hung up the phone feeling confused and apparently it was all over my face. "You okay sis?" She put a hand on my shoulder. "No and why tf would he be going to a hotel???" I asked myself out loud. "He better not be going to see a hoe! But there's only one way to find out, suit up bitch we going on a mission" Seriya said. Me and Seriya put on our all black cat suits and thigh high boots that we got from fashion nova with a black trench coat. "He definitely won't see our asses coming in these fits" I laughed out loud trying to mask my true feelings. "We're still missing something" Seriya thought for a moment. "Oh shit I remember now" she said running to the closet and coming back with a black satin bag. She pulled out 2 pink 45's and handed me one. "A gun? I don't know what the hell to do with this, why do we need these anyways" I groaned. "Bitchh my man always tells me to be prepared and idk what kinda shit we stepping into. Now stop whining and hold yours we gonna practice a lil bit." She looked at me serious. I did as I was told and picked up the gun, I tried not to hold it like it was a dead rat or something disgusting. Seriya gave me the basics for putting a cap in a nigga's ass, it took me almost 20 minutes to get it all down but it was worth it. She was right, I know all about Slick's lifestyle so I need to be ready for anything to pop the fuck off. Seriya called for one of the nannies to come get Ariya, and she handed the nanny a black satin bag too. The nanny nodded her head and disappeared with baby girl and the bag.  She turned to look at me and saw my twisted up expression, she shrugged her shoulders and said "It pays to be prepared".  We hopped in Seriya's lime green and black lambo, then sped off towards the hotel downtown. We got there and went up the stairs to the 5th floor. The room Slick was supposed to be in was near the stairwell where we were standing.  We put our ears to the wall to listen. I didn't hear a bitch but What I did hear made me and Seriya's eyes nearly pop out of our heads. "Come on Dogg you haven't had a witness since you been doing this shit when I met you at age 16, then on an easy job with this Topaz hoe you slippin up? I need you to do better, we're supposed to be meeting a new client that is wanting our services. We can not make any more mistakes!" The man said huffing retorts. "Yea I understand that and I already told you it won't happen again..." Slick got cut off by a knocking at the door. "That must be our guests go ahead and let them in" the man barked. Me and Seriya quickly peeked around the corner to see who had knocked on the door. We saw Dmoney standing there with 2 other men. I saw Seriya's face drop, she looked like she was about to say something but I pulled her back around the corner before we could be seen. I covered her mouth as I saw tears well up in her eyes. I put my finger to my lips signaling her to be quiet and she nodded her head. I dried her eyes and we put our ears back to the wall. We continued listening until we heard shots go off inside the room. You could really hear shit being moved around the room and a lot of scrambling. We drew out our pistols as we heard footsteps coming our way. "Malaysia??" Slick said as he came around the corner. "Seriya?? What the hell are y'all doing here shit is dangerous. Come on we gotta get outta here. " he said grabbing her. Slick grabbed me and we started to make our way to the roof, taking down any one who stepped in our path. Dmoney guided our way up front, and slick held down everything behind us. We were one floor beneath the roof, until some scrawny looking nigga in a suit stepped out in front of us. "You thought you could get away huh, this ends now" he said as an ugly yellow tooth grin spread across his face. "Bae who tf is this?" Seriya whispered to Dmoney only to be ignored. "This wasn't apart of the deal Rox, when the Russian Cartel finds out about this..." "Fuck the Russian Cartel, I'm taking over this city" Rox said snapping his fingers. 2 big ass men stepped from behind him and 2 more followed up the stairs behind me and Slick. "I'm done playing these games with you people now its time to take back what I deserved to have in the first place... Ooof" Rox's words were cut short by a heavy blow to the head. "Heyy what the hell?" Rox's meaty body guards screeched as they whipped around with their pistols drawn. A dark figure slashed both of the body guards throats as another figure slashed the other bodyguard's throats before they could even cry out from the pain. All four of us watched in amazement as the tall body guards dropped to the floor like flies getting electrocuted in the bug zapper. We stood there frozen as our two saviors revealed themselves. It was Lawrence and Shawn! "Dad I'm glad you got my secret message cuz we were really on a pickle" Dmoney said quickly hugging Lawrence. "This is nice and all but we gotta get tf outta here, I have some people coming to get ol tight ass here" he said kicking Rox's lifeless body. "We can kiss and make up later we gotta get to the chopper on the roof let's go" Lawrence said sprinting up the stairs. We all ran up the stairs one after another trying to catch up with Lawrence. We burst through the roof exit only to have our heads almost taken off by 2 snipers on the roof parallel to us. We ran and ducked behind the air conditioning vents. Lawrence , Dmoney, Slick, and Shawn, all shot the guns at the attackers from all sides. I looked over at Seriya and she looked like she was about to pass out. I waited until I heard all the shooting stop. We all looked at Lawrence to give us the ok signal. He nodded his head at us and we all ran out from hiding and into the helicopter parked in front of us. Every one scrambled in and buckled their seatbelts. Lawrence started the helicopter up and we soared off the building high into the sky. "Are y'all okay? Is anybody hurt" Lawrence called out over the loud engine and piercing wind coming in from the sides of the helicopter. We looked at each other, and assured Lawrence that we were fine. We finally Landed at the helipad near the mansion. I had never met Lawrence before but he was a cool guy. He insisted everybody stay at the mansion over night "just to make sure". Me and Slick picked a cute guest bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Dmoney and Seriya went into his old room. When we got into the room I pretty much started crying like a bitch and Slick had to calm me down. But I really was just crying because I was scared as shit and didn't want him to get hurt. He kissed my lips and hugged me. "Its gone be okay baby, but that's the reason why I didn't want you to get caught up in the life that I live" He said cradling me in his arms. I pulled his face into my hands and said "I can handle it, I'm your ride or die". I ment that too, I haven't been down for someone in so long.
