Chapter 7

You were working your shift at the cafe, it was a surprisingly busy day at the small shop, many people were either chatting quietly or reading the books provided in the library like area.

You heard the chime of the bell above the door, signifying that someone had walked in.

As the footsteps approached the counter, without looking up, you said, "hello, what would you like today?"

"Umm, we'll take two, wait no make that three cheesecakes, two cappuccinos and a hot chocolate," a very familiar voice said, you swiftly finished putting away what ever you were doing and looked up to see felix, who had been stopping by often since the two of you met up a couple weeks ago, and a cute squirrel-like boy.

"Coming right up," you said, jotting down the order. "What are you doing here anyways, are you expecting anyone else?" you questioned felix, he had stopped by quite a few times before but he'd usually call you or text you first.

"Umm no, actually I knew you got of work in a couple minutes, and we were walking near by so I wanted you too meet jisung," he said a little sheepishly.

"Oh," you looked at the clock, your shift was indeed ending in five minutes, "it seems that you guys'll be my last order, I'll join you after that," you said smiling at the two boys in front of you.

They walked towards at a small table by the window and sat down, waiting patiently for both you and their order, while chatting animatedly about something.

You quickly grabbed their order, and went over to the table. You placed down the cheesecakes and the drinks in the table, " I'll be right, back, I just need to go get my stuff," the boys nodded, grabbing their food.

You rushed to the back room, slipped of your apron, grabbed your bag and rushed out to sit with the boys, waving to Mrs.Choi on your way to the table.

"Hey lix," he just waved absentmindedly, "hi lixs friend, I'm Y/N."

"Hi Y/N, I'm jisung," he introduced himself, he smiled widely, his already chubby cheeks becoming fuller.

You sat down next to jisung, and turned towards him, "so, how did you meet felix?"

"Oh I'm in a small rap group, and he was friends with one of them, and met him through that friend," he explained to you.

Oh that's so cool that you're in rap group, but speaking of rap groups have you heard about 3racha, wait of course you probably have, there one of the biggest groups right now, but I can say I've been there from the beginning," you finished your mini fan girl session, with that.

You had found the group when you were looking for new songs, you had listened to a song called matryoshka and fallen in love with their rapping. Those boys never showed their face and always went by their stage names, but you loved their style very much you became a follower very early on, way before the got as popular as they are now.

"Yah I have heard of them," he said with a light chuckle, "who's your favorite?"

"It's gotta be cb97, I love how he sounds, oh and his accent is amazing," you exclaimed, when you first heard the line ' I'ma protect all my ninjas, do it for the squad do it for the team,' you had decided he was your favorite, something about his voice just seemed special to you. Jisung just nodded in response, still smiling widely.

You and jisung looked at felix, who was still looking around the cafe, you had quickly realized why, " hey lix," his head turned towards you, "if you're looking for ji-won, she won't be here, she takes the morning shift and she left just a little while ago."

He sighed, but quickly perked up and said, "I wasn't looking for her, I was just, um, looking around the cafe," he said trying to find a valid excuse.

You and jisung burst out laughing, "sure lix," you said, smiling widely.

He laughed awkwardly, "anyways what were the two of you talking about?"

You were about say something but jisung interrupted you, "we were just talking about 3racha, why didn't you tell me that your cousin was a fan felix?"

The two of the gave each other a look, speaking silently, about what I had no idea, "I had no idea either, so how could I even tell you."

The three of you continued conversing, at some point during this time you had taken your necklace into your hands and had begun fiddling with it subconsciously.

You didn't notice jisung looking at felix, surprised, when he saw your necklace. He didn't say anything at the moment but planned to talk with felix later.

The three of you talked for what felt like hours before you had to go finish up some work, "bye lix, bye jisung, let's definitely meet again soon," you said as the three of you split up.

"Y/N is so much cooler than you are, are you sure the two of you are related?" I questioned felix.

"Ha ha very funny," he replied rolling his eyes, but smiling nevertheless.

"But on a different note, did you see her necklace? it's basically the same as chans," I said suddenly.

Felix nodded, "Yah I think they're soulmates, I suspected it the last time I saw the cord of her necklace," felix explained.

"So are we gonna tell him?"

"No, I think they should meet naturally, but we can help them out a little bit," felix said smirking slightly as he said the last few words.

"Let's tell the others first," I said, smiling, "then let's come up with a plan for the two of them to meet."

Felix agreed and the two of us made our way back to the dorms.
