   okay so it's official that alex's mom is crazier than the mad hatter but i was still trying to figure out a way to get to alex and so far I wasn't having much luck. Suddenly i heard keys and saw the knob turn. my breath got caught in my throat and I hurriedly hid under the covers. the door creaked open and footsteps approached the bed, I could see the shadow hovering above me. I began to shake violently as the shadow reached out and grasped my covers and pulled them off. before I could scream a hand covered my mouth and a face appeared in the dim light.

Alex's father looked at me with concerned eyes and removed his hand while sitting on the bed. “Sir? what are you doing here?" “Just call me jacob..." “Can you please get me out of here?" he leaned over and moved a strand of hair from my face, tracing his fingers down my chest. “What are you doing?" I sounded a lot more calmer than I felt. “Shhh..I'm sorry damien I really am." he got on top of me and took a pillow placing it on my face, I tried to struggle and fight but soon my efforts became weak and I blacked out.

  I didn't want to hurt him but I didn't have a choice. I picked him up and carried him through the secret door and went downstairs and put him on a bed. that's when I heard his voice and it made me freeze. “You're back...it's about time." “She got to him...she's gone crazy and I have no doubt she'll be coming for alex next." “Then make sure that doesn't happen." He snarled at me and I could feel his unnerving presence looming over. me like darkness. I stood up and faced him. Time continued to make his eyes grow colder almost as if you were stating into the eyes of death. His voice made you feel pain and made a bottomless dark pit in your soul, you wouldn't even the that he was only 18 years old. “I'll get it done." “Yeah you better." he disappeared into the darkness once again and I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
