Liam

We were listening to Mari tell how she was having lunch with Niall at a small restaurant when she heard about a concert Taylor Swift will be doing next month in London. It was obvious she couldn’t be happier than she already was; her face expressed almost a childish and innocent behavior, and in the excitement lingered in the air. As for Niall, he couldn’t keep her eyes off her and I was positive he didn’t want to. Analyzing the picture I started thinking about what was happening to us. And I wondered what was the reason that was happening. Think about it, you go on a signing with your 4 best mates that happen to be your band mates and meet 2 fans. They happen to have 3 other friends who are not as fond to us as this other 2 are, but somehow you start getting along with each other. Each of the guys from the band liked (or at least that’s what it looked like) one of the girls, and vice versa. Putting all that together the result will be us, seating in the hotel room of 5 girls who are here for the next 2 months. The shrieks and laughter of the girls informed me Mari was done with her story and I smiled to show I had been listening to her

-Well Nialler it looks as if you have just been changed for Taylor

-Why do you always have to come up with such comments Harry? Is it natural on you to be stupid or what?

-Yeah Mari you tell him! –Auris cheered. Cris laughed and I hugged her even tighter against me

-Who’s gonna tell what they did today next? Liam? – I raised my head to where Zayn was sitting and nodded

-Well we went to a hospital –they all opened their eyes in bewilderment and I chuckled- yeah I know it’s just I wanted to see a little girl. Her mother came to me earlier at the radio and asked me to sign a picture of her little daughter. She’s Amelia, the one I said hi to on the radio. She has cancer

-Oh God that’s so sad, how old is she? –Louis asked, looking serious which didn’t happen too often

-She’s 7 next week –someone sniffed and we all turned around to see Alex wiping the tear that was rolling down her cheek

-I’m sorry, I’m just a little too sensible sometimes –Harry took her hand and stroked it kindly as I kept on telling Amelia’s story. Cris was cupping herself to me as I told them how weak she was but yet how full of a life she deserved to live. By the time I had finished not only Alex, but also Tara and Cris were crying. Mari and Auris were shocked but not a tear left their eyes, not that that was needed because you could still see the deep sadness they were experiencing at the moment. I felt bad for ruining the moment for all of us. The guys looked down too and it made me feel even worse

-But after that we went out and have lunch –Cris started, making my guilt fade away as I remembered the rest of the time we spent together.

*************flashback*******************

-C’mon Cris, eat something please?

-I don’t want to Liam, I’m not hungry

-I need you to eat something, at least a bit please?

-I’m not hungry Liam, really. I can’t think in food when Amelia is still present on my mind. Did you saw her face when she saw you? You returned her the hope she’s lost, and her eyes were shinning so badly. Her smile was what shocked me the most. She is so pretty and so small and she is going to be taken away from her parents. The look in their eyes showed they were about to break down but yet they were smiling for her. I miss my mum already, I want to hug her and tell her I love her– she had spoken truthfully, from the very inside of her heart.

-I know, I’m not telling you I don’t feel sad about that little life being taken away, but I’m asking you to please eat something.

-Why?
