I thought the day that I would be trapped in the school with a raging alpha on the loose would never come but I turned out to be wrong.
"Call the cops." Jackson demanded.
"No." Stiles replied from beside me.
"What do you mean no?" Jackson asked.
"I mean no. You wanna hear it in Spanish? Noh." Stiles sarcastically said. "Look, Derek killed three people, okay. We don't know what he's armed with."
"Your dad is armed with an entire sheriff's department, call him!" Jackson bit out.
"I'm calling." Lydia brought out her phone and dialled the number.
"No, Lydia would you just..." Stiles tried to approach her but was blocked by Jackson.
"So now you wanna act like a boyfriend." I muttered, not knowing that everyone had turned to look at me. "What? We were all thinking it."
"Yes. we're at Beacon Hills High School. We're trapped and we need you to...But-" Lydia took the phone away from her eyes. "She hung up on me."
"The police hung up on you?" Allison questioned. I furrowed my eyebrows, standing straighter.
"She said they got a tip warning them that there are gonna be prank calls about a break-in at the high school. She said if I call again, they're gonna trace it and have me arrested." Lydia spoke fast with glassy eyes.
"Then call again." Allison told her.
"No, they won't trace a cell. And they'll send a car to your house before they send anyone here." Stiles spoke. Allison looked at him like he had grown a tentacle.
"What the...What...What is this? Why does want to kill us? Why is he killing anyone?" She ran her hand through her brunette hair. Somehow, everyone had turned to Scott like he could provide answers that he didn't know.
"Why's everyone looking at me?" He asked.
"Is he the one that sent her the text?" Lydia asked with a shaky voice.
"No. I mean, I don't know." Scott stuttered.
"Is he the one that called the police?" Allison asked.
"He doesn't know!"
"I don't know!"
Allison looked at Scott and I before turning her back to us. I rolled my eyes at her childish antics, I was getting annoyed at her constant questions.
"All right, why don't we ease back on the throttle here, yeah?" Stiles rubbed my shoulder before leading Scott away.
I looked down, missing his warmth when Lydia approached me. "Hey, you okay?" She stood beside me.
"I'm okay. What about you?" I answered.
She chuckled a little. "You're the one with the bleeding leg and you ask me how I'm doing?" Lydia was amused. I shrugged and she shook her head.
"Okay, assheads. New plan. Stiles calls his useless dad and tells him to send someone with a gun and decent aim. Are we good with that?" Jackson says, being his usual self.
"He's right. Tell him the truth if you have to, just call him." Scott told Stiles.
He shook his head. "I'm not watching my dad get eaten alive." I felt bad for him, knowing he watched his mother die and couldn't do anything about it. He walked away and that was when Jackson marched up to him and turned him around. Suddenly, a fist flew and Jackson was on the ground, Allison net to him. I limped my way to Stiles and held his fist that was probably aching.
