Your POV
I woke up the next morning with Scrooge still sleeping. Its great to see him at peace rather than being stressed or away at the Money Bin. He woke up and looked at me with his beautiful eyes. "Good mornin' lass," he said as he tucked my hair behind my ear. "Good morning, Scroogie." He chuckled and leaped out of bed. I got up as well before I heard him patter towards me. "Lass, rest for today." I quirked an eyebrow at him. "Scrooge, I'm fine." He shook his head and placed me back in bed. "Lassie, you were on an island all alone, I dont want you to do anything for the rest of the day." I smiled at him for his concern. He smiled back at me before kissing me on the forehead. "Now rest while I get Mrs. Beakley to make up some breakfast. You are eating for two now." He grabbed his cane and walked downstairs. I rolled my eyes at his comment. I know I have a baby growing inside of me, but that doesn't mean he can tell me what I can or can't do.

Timeskip to this afternoon
I managed to get out of bed with a slight protest from Scrooge, but I dont want to spend the day all alone in bed. I walked to the living room with Scrooge on a ladder, placing a cork on a sharp object that a knight was holding. "Scrooge, honey, what are you doing?" He slid down the ladder and held my hands. "Aye, lass, I am just putting up some cautionary safety elements to the house. I looked up at all his famous archetechs with sharp objects covered in corks. "Scrooge, why would you cover your artifacts?" He smiled concernly at me. "I don't want you or the baby to trip and get hurt." "But Scrooge, the baby is a long way from coming." Scrooge didnt listen as he continued to put corks on sharp objects. I shook my head and went to the kitchen for a snack. "Mrs. Beakley do you think that-"

"Scrooge is being very overprotective of you and the baby? Yes, yes I think so too." I was shocked by how she knew what I was going to say. "What has he been doing to your things?" "Oh you mean my crossbow, my grenades, and my stash of TNT? He threw them out." I shook my head and sat down while Mrs. Beakley got me some toast. "I know hes being protective, but he doesn't need to do this." Mrs. Beakley place my plate down beside me. "Well you were on an island yesterday, so its understandable that he wants to protect you and your unborn child from harm. But, I agree with the overprotection being overwhelming."

I sighed as I looked at my engagement ring. The next item on my bucket list is deciding on how the wedding should turn out. I am not sure if I want the wedding before or after the baby is born. Scrooge came into the kitchen. "Clever lassie, hiding from ol Scrooge McDuck". I rolled my eyes and smiled at him. "Scrooge I want to spend time with you, not have you go through whats not protected for our baby." Scrooge sat beside me, rubbing my hands to keep them warm. "I know lass, but I am just fearful about you getting hurt." "Please Scrooge, let us spend time together," I pleaded with my big eyes. He chuckled softly before getting me to my feet. "Sure lass, let us spend time out in the garden."

I smiled brightly as he led me to the garden, still beautiful from us leaving for a couple of days. We sat on a bench, looking at the bright sky with a calm breeze. "Scroogie, this is so amazing to spend time with you." I reached up to rub his cheek, causing Scrooge to blush. "Aye. I am happy we are together once again. Adventure or not, we will always be together." I blushed as we shared a kiss. "Our love is like an adventure, especially our wedding." Scrooge's eyes widened. "Curse me kilts! The wedding! I almost forgot that we need to plan for our wedding!" I giggled loudly as he began to freak out and break in a sweat. "What is so funny?", Scrooge asked with his eyebrows furrowed. I calmed down and said, "Scrooge our wedding doesn't have to happen right this second. Remember, I just got stranded on an island and all I want to do is relax with you, the kids, Launchpad, Mrs. Beakley, and even Duckworth. Even if he is a ghost."

Scrooge settled down and rubbed my hand. "I'm sorry lass. I just want you to be happy." I smiled and hugged him. "I am happy. I got a nice home, a job, and a family to love and care for. I also have a baby on the way for you and the other to meet." Scrooge smiled, wrapping his arm around my waist. "Oh lass. You made me the happiest man in all of Duckberg." We shared another kiss as we felt drops on our heads. "Rain? Oh! We must get you inside lassie," Scrooge said as he helped me up. "But, Scrooge, I want to sit outside in the rain." "No! I don't want you to get sick." I frowned as he tried to pull me again only for me to not budge due to me hanging on the side of the bench.

"Scrooge, just for a little bit? Ten minutes? Maybe twenty?" Scrooge tried with all his might until he slipped and fell in a puddle. My hands went to my mouth as I began to chuckle. "Oh dear. Are you alright?" Scrooge got up as he brushed himself off. "Oh you are going to pay for that lassie!" I gulped as he threw a piece of mud at my dress. I frowned and threw one at his hat. Soon we began to have a mud fight while the kids from inside watched.

"Look at them go! Auntie (Y/N) is getting Scrooge!", Huey said. "Nah its defiantly Scrooge hitting her with the most mud piles," Dewey said as he cheered. "I wish we went out there, but Mrs. Beakley will have our behinds," Louie said. Webby came to watch the chaos from outside. "Oh that looks like fun...and gross." Scrooge laughed as I got hit with a mud pile in the face. "Oh lass I got you good." I blushed as I wiped off the mud, but made it smear more on my face.  "Oh lets get cleaned up lassie." Scrooge and I went back inside with Mrs. Beakley furious at our messy shoes hitting the carpet. "Care to explain yourselves?!" I sighed lovingly at Scrooge. "Love," as I kissed him on the cheek. Scrooge chuckled loudly. "Oh lets get you washed up, lassie."
