Dewey sighed at the window while it was snowing lightly. "Mom, where are you?" Sheamus came in with his blanket. "Hi Dewey!," he waved to Dewey. He smiled as he picked Sheamus up and sat him on his lap. "What's wrong?," Sheamus asked. "Oh just wondering about my mom. She disappeared into space before I was born." Sheamus hugged him tight as he gave him his blanket. "My mom says blankets help keep you warm." Dewey smiled sadly as he looked down at Sheamus. The doorbell rang through out the house. "Who can that be, Dewey?" Dewey shrugged as he picked up Sheamus. He opened the door and was confused when he saw a woman with a mechanical leg.

"Hey what's up?," she said before smacking her head. "Doh! That was stupid why did I say that?!" "Uh who are you?", Dewey asked. "Oh! I'm Della Duck." Dewey's eyes widened as he remembered the name from Scrooge's adventures. "Mom?" Dellas eyes filled with tears as she kneeled down beside Dewey and hugged him. "I thought you wouldn't remember me. I mean you were just an egg when I left Earth."

"Dewey? Who is that at the door?", Huey and Louie asked as they saw the tears run down Dellas and Deweys eyes. "Boys this is our mom!" Dewey told Louie and Huey, smiling as Huey wrapped his arms around her waist. "Hi mom!" Louie was a bit skeptical at first, but soon hugged her tightly.

Your POV
I heard the doorbell ring and soon heard a woman's voice with some tearful words. I came downstairs and saw the boys hugging the woman tightly while crying softly. "Scrooge?", I called out for him. "Yes lass?", he peeked his head out. "Who is that?," I whispered. He let out a gasp and went downstairs with tears running down his cheeks. "Della? Is it really you?" Della nodded and they started to bicker about the ship not working and why she went to space. I rolled my eyes at Scrooge and went down to see her.

"Hello. My name is (Y/N) McDuck." Della let out a gasp and hugged me. "Oh my goodness! Don't tell me. You married Scrooge McDuck! The famous Scrooge McDuck?!" I nodded as she smiled and hugged me. "Oh and you got a baby bump?" I smiled as she felt my tummy earning a kick in return. "I have two kids born on Christmas. Eleanor and Sheamus." Sheamus smiled up at Della. Eleanor was sleeping on the couch by the warm fireplace. "Well lets not get a chill standing by the door. Let us go sit by the fire," Scrooge announced. Everyone went by the fire trying to get warmed up again.

"Is this Eleanor?," Della asked as she saw Eleanor asleep. "Yes," I nodded. "She is so precious and reminds me of Donald my brother. He used to sleep throughout our adventures." I sat beside Scrooge while rubbing my tummy. "So when is the next baby going to be born?," Della asked as she sat beside me. "Possibly next spring. I am due for another appointment next week to see what the gender is going to be." Dewey, Huey, and Louie snuggled close to their mom while i smiled brightly at the scene. "Mama?", Eleanor woke up rubbing her eyes. I was about to get up until Scrooge picked her up and held her close. "Lass, this is Della, the boys' mother." Della held out her hands as she hold onto Eleanor. "Hello little one." Eleanor let out a big smile and hugged her. "Uncle Donald told me bedtime stories about you." "Speaking of Donald where is he?," Della asked. We heard a loud bang coming from our side.

"I think I know where he is," Louie said as he went to the backdoor. I slowly got up and went with Scrooge and Della. "Bawawawa!," Donald let out his famous frustration yelp. "Donald you have company," Della shouted. Donald turned his head and the tears ran down his cheeks. "Is it really you?" The siblings hugged each other tight with tears of joy. I held onto Scrooge's hand as he saw the scene unfold. "So what was the loud bang coming from?" Donald smiled as he pointed to the plywood on the boat. "I accidentally left the blowtorch on." Everyone gathered around Della and gave her a big hug.

Later that evening
"Della can you help me with the dishes," I asked her. "Sure can!", she said excitedly. We helped eachother with the dishes with tonight's dinner, (Favorite Dinner dish). Sheamus was a bit of a picky eater but he ate some when Della turned it into an interesting challenge. "Very good and finished at last," I said proudly and tiredly. "Awe sweetie, are you tired?" I nodded as I hobbled my way upstairs. Scrooge got Sheamus and Eleanor into bed. "Ready for a bedtime story, kids?", I asked. "Yeah!", they both shouted excitedly.

"But we want Auntie Della to tell us a story," Eleanor said. Della looked at her with wide eyes and sat down on the rocking chair. "Oh alright. How about the trip to the moon?" The kids cheered as Della told the story of two astronauts exploring the moon. Scrooge and I listened as well from the doorway. Slowly, Sheamus fell asleep first followed by Eleanor. "And the astronauts found their way back home," Della finished and smiled at the twins sleeping soundly. I tucked in Eleanor while Scrooge tucked Sheamus in. We gave them a kiss on the head and slowly closed the door to a small crack. "You can sleep by Scrooge and my bedroom," I said as I showed her her bedroom. "Oh my its amazing. I haven't sleep on a bed in ages!" She laid on the bed with a smile on her face. "Sleep well Della," I said as I gave her a hug goodnight. "Goodnight (Y/N)." I went to my bedroom with Scrooge tearfully crying.

"Honey?" "Oh! Sorry lass. I just have something in me eye." I went to him and pulled him into a hug. "Its alright honey. Shes back." Scrooge smiled at me with sadness. "I know. But, I can't help feel like its all my fault. If I hadn't spend all the money to find where she was instead of stopping her in the first place-" "Sweetie, calm down. She's an adventurer and she wanted to go. Don't let this get to you. She's here now and we can let that past go behind us." Scrooge wiped away his tears and kisses me on the cheek. "You missed." Scrooge smiled and kissed me on the lips. "How's the wee lass?" Scrooge asked as he rubbed my tummy. "Kicking during the morning and sleeping during the night." "Any sickness?" "A bit nauseous but still doing good." Scrooge nodded and got into bed with me following with him. "Goodnight my little astronaut." Scrooge laughed a bit. "Sweet dreams, moon pie".
