A few days had passed by and I was finally able to be discarded from the hospital

A few days had passed by and I was finally able to be discarded from the hospital. I was holding the box of cupcakes in both my hands that my mom gave me yesterday. It had been a while since I had talked that much with my mom, I hadn't realized how much I actually miss it and need it. Taehyung and I also got the change to talk about stuff like our childhood. He had explained me that he had also removed my mom's memory but that she appeared to have a very strong mind, making her less prone to the aftermath off it al. I wasn't sure about all of it but we decided that not telling her was the best option. At least for now.

"All done!" Taehyung smiled as he walked into my room. "So I'm allowed to leave now?" I said happily. "Yep!" He nodded as he took  the small suitcase my mom had brought me, filled with clothes and other things I needed. "Yess." I said and grabed my backpack, swinging it over my shoulder.

I let Taehyung go first as I followed him, closing the door behind me. I sighed happily and skipped next to him as he was a few steps infront of me already. "What are we going to do now?" I asked curiously. "I don't know, what do you want?" I thought for a while. "We can drop my stuff off at my house and then go do something." I proposed, he nodded and turned to look forward again as we were almost at the elevators.

"We're here." Taehyung let me know as he parked the car. I looked up from my phone and took my belt off. We both got out of the car, me already walking to the front door as Taehyung opened the trunk of the car to take out my suitcase. I opened the door with struggle as I couldn't find the right key at first. "Here's your suitcase." Taehyung handed me it. "Thank you." I smiled and took it from him, quickly placing it against the couch, as I did so I looked around to see if my mom was home. "Mom?!"

No answer, she's probably at work. I took my backpack off and let it fall next to the suitcase before going back to Taehyung. "So what do you want to do?" He asked as he leaned against the door frame. "Hmm-" I looked at my feet while thinking about his question before something popped in my mind. "The field." I said, my voice stern.

"Hm?" He hummed as he tilted his head slighlty. "The field we used to go to as kids?" I said now, the sentence sounding more like a question. He seemed to understand now as he smiled brightly. He turned around and I followed, closing the door quickly behind me. "Let's go then!" He said, his voice excited like a little kid. "Yess, I really want to see it back." I said as I looked at him, admiring the features of his face when he got happy.

"It has been too long." He said as he rode over the road a little quicker than before. "I wonder if it changed a lot." I said as images of the beautiful scenery played in my mind. "I don't know, I haven't gone there in years." "Really?" I asked, he shook his head.  "Why not?" "I don't know, it hurt too much." He said. I hummed and looked back at the road.

"Are we almost there?" I asked as I noticed that trees started to surround us. "I think so." taehyung answered, a note of excitement sounding in his voice. "Yesss, I can't wait to see it again." I said as I clapped my hands like a child.

I leaned forward in my seat as Taehyung turned around a corner and halted the car. "I think it's there." He said as he pointed at the end of a small path. I nodded and unblucked myself, immediatly getting out of the car after. Taehyung soon followed behind me and came standing next to me.

"Hm?" He hummed. I turned my eyes to him and saw that he was sticking his hand in my direction. I got the hint and wrapped mine in his as I smiled happily. It made me think back about how we always did it back in the day.

The sun was shining trough the different layers of leaves, a few stripes of light hitting the ground. It made it all look so fairy-tail like. We didn't say a word and just enjoyed the sounds made by the wind. As soon as we came at the end of the path a big field welcomed us. It looked like it had been untouched since the last time we both were here together.

The field was still filled with the same kind of flowers, the tree blossoming like it did every year and the refreshing smell made me think of the moments when came here to relax and unwind. The tree did grow, i'd say it was now big enough for a treehouse. That sounds like a fun plan for the future.

"It's still as gorgeous." Taehyung broke the silence. "It is." I let go of his hand and stared walking towards the three. Once I came there I sat down and layed on the ground like I used to do all the time. "I missed this." I smiled contently. Taehyung came infront of me, blocking my view as he grinned. "Hi there." I laughed and pulled him down, he let out a yelp as he stumbled down on his knees but soon laughed it off as he layed down next to me. "Woah, flashbacks right?" "Indeed flashbacks." I smiled.
