Cindi POV
^^What Cindi wore to the Football Game

Today was Friday so it meant it was a football game. I rummaged through my closet, looking for a presentable outfit. "Which one looks better? This? Or this?" I said looking in the mirror and Veronica said, "Neither," she got up and searched through my closet.

"You have any blue shirts?" She asked and I nodded, "There in my dresser,'' I acknowledged and she jogged over and pulled out a shirt that said, 'Feminist Af' on it. "No, how about this one?" She took out a black crop top and with black pants that had lines on them. "Oh, that one's cute." I pointed out and she nodded.

I took it from her hands and tried it on. "How I look?" I asked and she said, "You know the usual, bad as fuck girl!" We high-fived. "So, what are you going to wear?" I queried. "This," She showed me a shirt that said, 'I'm too tired, don't talk to me.' I smiled. "Okay! I see you, best friend." And we both laughed. "It's almost 7:30, we should go," She pointed out. "Alright, who's driving?"

"You can drive, but don't crash my 2018 BMW 430i!"

"Alright, I won't." We walked downstairs and nobody was there, I did the sign of relief and locked the door.

"I heard there's an after-party. We should go," Veronica recommended. "V, I don't think we should."

"Remember what I said on how you should loosen up?"

"Yeah, but-"

''Your going to the party! Plus, you might even get a chance to hang with Joshua."

"God, I hate how your right."

"I know, let's go!"

We got into the car and sung songs on the way to the game. "Dile que tú eres mía, mía Tú sabe' que eres mía, mía Tú misma lo decías." We song to 'Mia' by Drake and Bad Bunny. I pulled up into the parking lot and saw some cheerleaders practing. Phoebe was the captain of the cheerleading team, so she was giving the girls' some orders. The game doesn't start until 7:30 and it was 7:05.

"Places, everyone!" I heard Phoebe, demand to the girls'. I felt so bad for them since Phoebe has been and will always be a bitch. She side-eyed me and I looked at her back and felt a tug at my arm, "Just ignore it for now," Veronica said and I nodded and we sat on the bleachers.

The game was starting and Veronica of course, had to get some snacks. I told her to get me the blue Doritos which is blue ranch. Joshua waved at me and I waved back and gave him a close mouth smile.

The other school, Jefferson High School, the mascot of lions was versing us. The quarterback started counting and I saw Joshua run. While he was running, he was looking at me. Unfortunately, someone tackled him and coach yelled, "What the hell, Turner!"
"I'm sorry, coach! I wasn't focused,"
"Well, focus!" Joshua nodded and winked at me. I saw Phoebe roll her eyes and they started cheering.

"Come on, tigers!" Phoebe picked up some pom-poms and did a dance routine. Few girls in the back did flips and cartwheels. The crowd cheered and Phoebe turned around and smack her nonexistent ass.

I rolled my eyes and Veronica came back. "What took you so long?" I asked but my eyes still focused on the game. "Long ass line. What'd I miss?"
"Joshua got tackled from looking at me,"
"How did coach take it?"
"A little upset," we both looked at coach and he fixed his hat watching closely. We watched Joshua throw the ball far and throw it to Phil. Phil caught it and mad a touchdown. "Touchdown!" The team yelled and Chris, from the other team, scoffed. "Don't get so lucky next time," he bumped into Joshua's shoulder.
