The Secret Exposed

(1 Day Later)

The Survey Corps began there preparations to leave the castle. and make their attack on the Titan forces. Lucia bit her lip, not hard enough to draw blood, but hard enough to be nervous. One of the soldiers noticed.

"Are you alright Major Hazelday?" Asked a blonde haired boy.

Lucia looked over at Armin Arlert. Armin seemed to have a small look of worry on his face.

Lucia gave a small smile at Armin. "I'm fine. Don't worry about me Armin."

"Alright..."

Once the preparations were complete, they put on their green cloaks and got on their horses. They rode on into the Forest of Giant Trees. Lucia smiled, her confidence coming back.

"We got three 10 meter class Titans ahead!" Shouted a soldier.

Lucia snapped her attention to them and smirked. Commander Erwin looked at Lucia with a smile, then began his command.

"Captain Levi's squad will attack the Titan on the left. I will command a squad and attack the Titan on the right. Major Lucia will attack the Titan in the middle with two extra members."

Lucia nodded. "On it Commander!"

Lucia was bright and confident, forgetting the wave of nervousness she had earlier. She commanded her unit with a bright expression. Her unit was Armin, Mikasa, and Connie. The unit use their 3DMGs and advance on the Titan, Lucia getting closer to the Titan's nape at the back of its neck.

She was about to cut it, but then the Titan smacked her away. Lucia hit one of the giant trees.

"MAJOR!!!" Armin, Connie, and Mikasa screamed out.

Lucia slowly opened her eyes, responding to their shout. She weakly looked up.

"Mikasa..." Lucia thought weakly. "I have no choice..."

Lucia bit her left wrist, becoming her Titan form. Armin and Connie's eyes widened, not even knowing that Lucia was this Titan.

"A-A 13 meter class Titan?!" Armin freaked out.

Lucia, AKA the mysterious Titan, went over to the Titan that was to be killed. She pounded the Titan down, severely damaging the nape at the back of its neck. Then, more Titans approached. Lucia kept fighting and killing them off with her Titan form.

"What the...?" Connie said. "The Titan isn't after us?"

"No... She's not." Mikasa said calmly.

"She?!" Connie and Armin said in surprise.

Mikasa nodded. "Her build is like the Female Titan. Plus, she has long hair that goes to her hips."

"Oh..." Armin said.

Lucia kept fighting her Titan's fighting style, then... She got pinned by multiple 7-10 meter class Titans, slowly being devoured by them.

Mikasa's eyes widened. "The Titans are eating her!"

Mikasa advanced and killed a few of the Titans, Armin and Connie assisted her. Once the Titans were off of Lucia, her Titan form was beaten and fell down. Mikasa, Armin, and Connie watched the steaming Titan body as it rot. Lucia emerged from the Titan's nape at the back of the neck, semi-conscious. Connie and Armin were surprised, Mikasa gave a calm expression.

"Major Hazelday!" Armin quickly went to her and carefully pulled her out. "She's... a Titan Shifter?!"

Connie look surprised. "So that means... she's like Eren?"

"Seems so." Mikasa said calmly.

The other Survey Corps members arrived and saw the Titan corpse and Lucia herself, who was laying down on the ground, semi-conscious. Some were afraid, most were surprised. Eren and Commander Erwin had the most shocked looks possible. Captain Levi sighed.

"You had to expose yourself... I guess you couldn't wait anymore." Levi thought.

Commander Erwin regained his composure and spoke.

"Our mission is done here! Eren, carry Lucia on your horse."

Eren saluted. "Yes Commander!"

Eren carefully picked her up and put her on his horse, then got on and rode away. Everyone else from the Survey Corps followed Commander Erwin to the old castle.

Lucia was put in her room in the castle. Eren and Mikasa were the first visitors to enter.

"Lucia..." Eren said quietly. "Why didn't you tell anyone that you were like me?"

Mikasa frowned. "Eren."

Eren looked up, then realized. "She told you... Didn't she?"

"I was the first one to know. Then, a few weeks later, she told me that Captain Levi found out about her secret."

"Oh..." Eren said calmly. "I see... but why would she hide it? The more Titan Shifters we have, the more it will help humanity."

"Lucia didn't want to be labled as a monster. She was afraid that the Survey Corps would throw her out for what and who she is."

Eren sighed. "That's ridiculous. If Commander Erwin and Captain Levi can take me in, they can take Lucia in."

"Yes, but you must consider the fact that she was afraid."

Eren nodded, then looked at Lucia. He became concerned. Mikasa gave a grim expression. Lucia's normal life will come to an end, and a new one forms.
