Reunion

{Lucia's POV}

"Frei..." Tears of joy welled in my eyes. "You're safe..."

Freiheit hugged me. "Of course I am Big Sis! After all, I was raised by our parents' childhood friends."

"Right..."

"Now you must be wondering what happened with you earlier right?" Freiheit asked with a confident grin.

"Y-Yeah..."

"Well..." Freiheit spoke. "You were out of your Titan's nape and a whole squad of Titans were running towards the Female Titan. I was lucky enough to pull you out. Then, I brought you to Trost, the sector in Wall Rose. Right now, you are in the house I was raised in!"

"..."

I was silent. It had been so long... I mean, Frei was just a small kid on the day when the Titans broke into Shiganshina. Now...

I grab my Survey Corps jacket and put it back on. I looked at Freiheit's military jacket. The Garrison symbol was on it.

"You're a Garrison?"

She sighed at me. "Yeah, but I don't like it. All the Garrison do is sit down at the walls and get fucking drunk. I am only sober one there."

"Oh." I nod. "I see."

"I'm hoping to change military operations. I now decide to go to the Survey Corps."

I smile. "If you want to do that Frei, I'd vouch for you. After all, I am your sister. We have to stay together. No matter what."

Freiheit nodded and hugged me tightly. I hugged back with a smile on my face. I was happy to see my sister again after so long... The despair that was pitted in me for so long, went away...

I felt... happy again.

{Third Person POV, At the Base Inside the Walls}

Eren was worried. He was concerned for Lucia, knowing that she was missing. Everyone in the Survey Corps began searching. Eren was part of the search. They spanned their search throughout Wall Rose and Wall Sina.

Eren's search party, which included Armin and Mikasa, were searching Trost. Time seemed to pass by as they searched. Armin sighed.

"Eren..." Armin looked at him. "We've looked everywhere for her... She seems to not be around..."

"I can't give up yet." Eren said plainly. "She's gotta be here!"

Mikasa looked at both of them calmly, then looked down at the town below. She looked back to when she was a kid, and when her birth parents were alive, she would always talk and play with Lucia.

{Flashback}

Mikasa and her mother were out at the garden. Lucia would come by everyday. Mikasa and Lucia would take about many things.

Then, on that day... Lucia was inside the house with Mikasa and her family, enjoying life as usual. Someone was knocking on the door.

"Coming!" Mikasa's father shouted as he was walking to the door.

Lucia had a bad feeling about who was behind the door. She slowly went to the window and peeked out. She saw three men, not even Dr. Jaeger was there. One of the men stared in her direction, but looked like he didn't even see her, then went back to the door.

Everything went by so fast, and before Lucia knew it, she and Mikasa were taken. Lucia looked before the men took her out the door. She saw both the bodies of Mikasa's mother and father, lying on the floor dead.
