Depression

For the next few weeks, Lucia was cast under a shadow of misery, despair, and grief. She would shut everyone out, and when people would ask if she's ok, Lucia would just say this...

"I'm fine."

Those two words fooled everyone, except for Eren, Erwin, Mikasa, Hanji, Freiheit, and Armin. Connie, Ymir, Krista, Jean, Reiner, Bertolt, and Sasha took notice of this as well. Levi noticed, but he didn't say anything, not wanting to get involved.

"Tch. Lucia was an idiot for going to Stohess in the first place." Levi thought. "It's not my fault she was too weak to take it."

With that thought in mind, Levi left.

Lucia was going off the deep end. She would cut her wrists with whatever knife she could find. Freiheit was the first to discover this and she told the others. Eren was concerned by it.

"Why would she do something like this?!" Eren shouted.

"I think..." Freiheit said. "her past is haunting her again..."

"Either that..." Armin stated. "Or someone said something to throw her into this state."

Everyone went silent. They gave each other looks of concern and worry.

"So..." Bertolt said. "What do we do now?"

"We need to help Lucia." Reiner said plainly.

"He's right..." Jean said with a concerned tone. "If we don't find her soon... Then..."

Jean went silent. Ymir then spoke.

"We need to be careful though... Besides, we do not know if Lucia is in a fragile state."

"Yeah..." Connie sighed. "In that state... Nobody can help. Except maybe when Freiheit or Eren swoop in."

"Right!" Sasha said.

"Then what are we doing here?" Mikasa said calmly.

"Let's go find Lucia now!" Hanji shouted.

Everyone nodded and spoke with Erwin later on after their conversation. Erwin assisted in the search.

It took everyone 5 hours. Then, Erwin and Hanji found Lucia in her room, unconscious. Lucia held a knife in her right hand, and there were multiple cuts on both of her wrists. Blood was dripping onto the floor from the fresh cuts she recently made... Erwin looked shocked as well as concerned. Hanji went to tell the others as Erwin carefully examined the cuts on her wrists.

Then, Erwin noticed that her left hand was bandaged in a sloppy way. He removed the bandaging to see cuts on her hand, then noticed the broken mirror.

"Did she... destroy her mirror before she began cutting her wrists?" Erwin thought in curiosity as he studied the condition of the room.

Everyone else arrived to see the sight. Eren was horrified and scared seeing it all. He didn't want to see misery in this form. Hanji cleaned the cuts on her hand, then her wrists, and bandaged them up.

"Lucia..." Eren thought as tears filled his eyes. "Why would you do this to yourself?! WHY?!"

Levi arrived at Lucia's room, seeing that mostly everyone was there to either examine the room or to wait for Lucia to wake up. Eren was holding Lucia in a comforting embrace as Erwin, Hanji, Ymir, and Reiner examined the room. Eren, Armin, Mikasa, Freiheit, Krista, Connie, Jean, Bertolt, and Sasha were waiting ever so worryingly for Lucia to wake up.

Twenty minutes later, Lucia slowly began to wake up.

{Lucia's POV}

I wake up, feeling a pair of arms around me. I look up to see Eren with tears in his eyes. Everyone surrounded me, looking worried.

"They must've worried about me..." I thought, looking around the room.

"Luci!"

I look over to see Freiheit, who sounded sad.

"Thank goodness you're alright! Everyone was so worried about you..."

"Worried... about me?"

Everyone nodded. Eren was holding me tightly.

"Why...? Why would you do this to yourself Lucia? Why...?"

I looked away from him.

"I-I'm weak..." Tears filled my eyes. "I-I'm so sorry... Everyone..."

I began to cry. Eren held me tight.

"You aren't weak Lucia!" Eren shouted. "You're the strongest person I know. You're flawless to me!"

"E-Eren... Y-You're wro-"

"I'm not lying to you Lucia!"

I felt Eren hug me tighter, my head now laying on his shoulder.

"You're the most amazing person I know! So please... Stop harming yourself!"

Tears filled my eyes again.

"E-Eren..."

"Shh..." Eren said, rubbing my back. "It's ok Lucia."

I cried harshly onto his shoulder as he tried to comfort me.

{Third Person POV}

Eren was trying to comfort Lucia as best he could. Once Lucia calmed down, she explained everything to everyone that was in the room. Eren and Freiheit were the ones that were the most angered by it.

"Captain Levi said those things to you?!" Freiheit shouted in anger.

Lucia nodded. "He said that I should've stayed at base and that I was lucky to be alive..." She looked away. "His voice was so cold when he said it..."

Eren frowned, putting his arm around her. Freiheit looked furious. Everyone else gave a look of concern.

"Captain Levi broke her..." Freiheit thought, anger showing in her face as tears fell. "Captain Levi destroyed my sister's strength!"

Freiheit was in anger. Krista put her hand on her shoulder.

"Frei... Are you alright?"

"I-I'm fine!" Freiheit shouted.

Krista and everyone else, even Eren, became surprised by her outburst.

"I-I'm... going to our room Krista..."

Freiheit got up and walked to her and Krista's room. Everyone else went to comfort or support her. Krista was concerned for Lucia, but was concerned for Freiheit the most.

Meanwhile, in her and Krista's room, Freiheit was plotting payback towards Levi Ackerman. She was about to make the biggest mistake of her life.
