Kidnapping

Lucia did her solo shift in the Forest of Giant Trees, killing any Titans that were there with great skill and precision. Being a soldier has its perks.

After killing about three 10 meter classes, nine 7 meter classes, and one 14 meter class, Lucia noticed a campfire in the distance. Curiosity got the best of her and she got closer. What she saw was a camp and a group of 10 men. Lucia studied the camp while she was still in the trees.

She noticed two people tied up near the tents. Lucia studied their patches carefully.

One Garrison, male... One Military Police, male...

Lucia knew that they were smugglers and kidnappers, since she noticed boxes of 3DMGs in their carriages. A frown crossed her face.

"Smugglers... They are taking 3DMGs." Lucia thought. "But... why do they have a Garrison and an MP...? Bargaining chip maybe?"

She got closer, this time hiding behind a tree. Lucia watched the smugglers with high accuracy and precision, studying them. She watched and listened to the conversation between the Garrison soldier and the MP soldier.

"Once we have a Survey Corps soldier, we can begin our little plot." The lead smuggler said with a smirk, holding a knife in his hand.

The MP glared. "You won't get away with this you smugglers!"

"Oh?" Another smuggler said. "You're one to be brave!" He chuckled. "But we're almost going to get away." A smirk was on his face.

The Garrison was scared, then looked at the smugglers. "Wh-Why even go after a Survey Corps soldier? I-Isn't a Garrison and an MP enough...?"

"No." The leader said. "We want all of the branches to cooperate."

The MP soldier glared and the Garrison looked scared. Lucia had to hurry and leave, but it was too late. A smuggler grabbed Lucia from behind and threw her down in front of the leader.

"This Survey Corps girl was watching us!" The smuggler said, sharpening his knife.

"Well... This means we have our captive in that branch."

The leader smirked. Lucia looked up at him with a glare, frowning. The Garrison and MP looked shocked.

It seems that things would get worse...
