Chapter 91: Revived

when they finally get back at the waiting room 'or more like an agony room' as what Sunny thought dahil sa kanina pa sila naghihintay sa balita tungkol sa mga taong nandoon sa loob ng emergency room

"so, are you all with the patients?"mahinahong tanong ng doctor with a solemn look on his face while scanning each and every person na naghihintay sa susunod na sasabihin niya

"opo.."si Sunny naman ang sumagot nito ng may bakas ng pag-aalala sa kanyang mukha, the doctor once again looked around looking at the pajama clad girl infront of him and besides her another girl who had a puffy red eyes and just behind her are a guy with a large scowl on his face and just behind the pajama clad girl is the guy who wore a worried expression and just at the far back is a seemingly mysterious guy who is secretly listening

as the doctor was about to speak again he have been cut off by a hurried female voice and the sprint-walking of it

"Sunny! Neil! Ruth! Dave!"pagmamadaling tawag ng babae kaya't napalingon naman silang lahat along with the doctor and Nathan who looks in wonder of who this girl could be

"guys! ayos lang ba kayo?? i leave as soon as i receive your call and the address you've texted me, and i'm worried as heck! where's Summer? where's Jake? where are they!? are they alright!?"sunod-sunod na tanong ng babae na naka-sneakers na black, black leggings at large mint green sweatshirt with her black purse that is tightly clutch in her hands

"Charlie.. Charlie.. calm down, calm down. the doctor is just about to say something.."sabi ni Neil habang kinakalma si Charlie who is about to reach her hyperventilating and panic state that for sure nobody right now wants to have and see

"oh.. oh.. oh my gosh.. oh my gosh.. thank God! thank God! woo! woo! haaa.. relax Charlie, relax.."sabi ni Charlie sa kanyang sarili habang hawak nito ang kanyang dibdib with Ruth's sudden urge to rub her back which she did since both female thought that they have gotten close with each other already as the days and weeks pass that they've finally have hung out with each other, tumango naman si Charlie in reassurance making Ruth nod back and turned back at the doctor whom looking at them in wonder

"so.. just as i was about to say.. ang mga pasyente ay ayos na, however before they got stable one of the patients, whom i believe is your sister, have gone through a life threatening state which means nag-fifty fifty ang buhay ng kapatid mo but in the end she receives a second degree burn along her left arm, hands and thighs but she is being treated by the nurses and she is luckily stable, the pale guy whom receive a third degree burn on his back and left arm is already treated and stable but he, considering his current sensitive condition, is not ready to be seen by anybody but he is gonna be transferred at the private ward, and the last female who got it only got suffocated and receive a first degree burn on his left and right arm but she is also being treated right now, and the both of what i see is seems to be a couple also went to a life threatening state however the female receives a third degree burn through both her arms and legs, and she also got a fractured right ankle and calf, and she also got a few latigo marks at her back that is currently being treated but.. the male.."the doctor relucantly trailed off and look at the expectant young people infront of him in wonder how would he break the news to the expectant but somehow relieved teens and also wondering on how in earth did they end up like this? and where's their parents or guardians even?

"the male.. the male, im sorry but.. he does not able to make it.."sabi ng doctor with a sympathetic look on his face while staring in wonder at the faces of the expectant teens on how do they even get to this horrid situation? and how are they able to get through this at their seemingly young age?

napatulala na lamang si Sunny sa pagkabigla at sa mga hindi maintindihang emosyon na naghahalo-halo dahil sa balitang sumampal sa mukha niya, napatingin naman si Neil ng dahan-dahan kay Sunny with pure sadness and sympathetic emotion painted on his face while slowly snaking his arm at Sunny's small back rubbing soothing circles at her back, si Ruth naman ay napahinga ng maluwag sa mga naunang sinabi ng doctor ngunit may mga takas na luha pa rin ang lumabas mula sa kanyang mala-salamin na mata dahil sa lungkot ng balita na huling dumating sa kanila, si Dave naman ay napasimangot ng maigting sa huling balita at napaisip siyang bigla sa kung gaano kawalang-katapusan ang pagmamahal ni Storm kay Summer to the point na handa siyang mawala at mabura sa mundong ito para lang mailigtas ang buhay ni Summer.. 'do i really have a chance with Summer? if Storm's love is far more wider and larger than i could ever think of, what chance do i have on her?'

that one thought consumes Dave for a whole good minutes thinking of what would Summer's reaction would be after finding out about what happened to Storm after doing everything and sacrificing everything he have just to save Summer, the female who survived and able to escape the death's grasp for yet another time just because of Storm's sacrifice and real, genuine and honest love..

after another few minutes have passed and Dave is still clouded with the thought of Storm and Summer not oblivious with the loud and painful sobs that is erupting from Sunny with Neil just behind her doing everything on his willpower to comfort and help the broken and sad Sunny while at the same time trying to keep in the cracks that he think wasn't needed now, Ruth is also silently crying, thinking that Sunny's pain is also her pain to suffer which goes the same with Charlie who is fighting the loud sobs that is trying and wanting to burst out on her seeing the demise of her friend while Nathan is just looking down and standing quietly at the sidelines maybe hoping and wishing to see Summer after all the things that happens

a good 10 minutes have passed again and what surprises them the most is the fact that the nurses who got out have came in rushing back at the emergency room in a hurry

napa-sniffle naman si Sunny still not minding the people around her, napatingin naman si Charlie sa mga nagmamadaling nurse before deciding to approach one of them asking what is happening

"Ahh.. nurse, a-anong nangyayari sa loob?"tanong nito sa nurse na nagmamadaling makabalik sa loob ng E.R

"may na-revive daw po kasi na pasyente sa loob dahil rumeresponde na po ang mga senses ng pasyente while at the same time another patient is currently having her life hanging on a thread.."sabi ng nurse na nakapagpatigil naman sa kanilang lahat

"a-ano pong pangalan.. ng mga.. pasyente?"nag-aalangang tanong ni Sunny but you can't honestly miss the tinge of hope that is ringing on her voice, napaisip naman ang nurse sandali before replying

"i think the name of the patients are Storm and Summer.."
