i rush out from my room with comb entangled and attached in my wet hair while wearing my grey sweatpants, white oversized shirt and my white with yellow star sock (sock. kasi isa palang ang nasusuot ko yung isa hawak ko pa habang papunta dito.)

"Dad! i can explain, i didn't tell you becau-"nagulat at naputol naman ako sa pagsasalita ko ng makita ko si Kuya Rad na kinukumutan si Dad na natutulog sa couch ng study room namin, Kuya Rad hush me from spewing out my 'not-so-ready' explanation

pinanood ko siyang inilapag ang mga maintenance ni Dad kasama ang tubig sa tabi ng laptop nito na nakapatay and then after he does all that work he turned to me with an annoyed look on his face

"what's your problem? stop shouting. if dad would've hear that then he wouldn't accept your explanation because of your intonation."sabi niya sakin in half whisper state before taking the tray and taking the lead to leave the room, loading pa ako syempre.. kasi si Kuya Yelo at si Top lang naman ang nakakaalam na kami na ni Storm. well except from our friends and Storm's younger sister..

"so.. you know?"humarap ako sa nakatalikod na figure niya, he just responds with a deep sigh before going down at the stairs and yeah. he simply left me completely gobsmacked.

i shrugged at my own wonder and question bago ko hinarap si Dad na natutulog at tinignan ang maintenance niya (that he keeps on refusing to not drink.) i sighed, before sitting at large black swivel chair and taking out a pink sticky note from the drawer attached on the table before taking a random black sign pen na naka-hara hara lang dyan

then i smile at my note before pasting it at the frame of his laptop screen so that he can easily see and rea it. and yes, i can be cheesy to my father (sus. and maybe on Storm..) we'll see..

i turn away before opening the windows that is just behind the couch to let the light seep in before turning and leaving while shutting the door with a smile on my face at my father's sleeping figure.

and then i turn to prep myself for our very (unofficial but maybe.. official) first date.

"so.. where do you wanna go first?"tanong sakin ng lalaking nagda-drive sa kaliwa ko ngayon while looking at me greatfully

napatawa na lamang ako ng makitang tumatalon-talon na ang tuhod niya sa excitement at kaba

"what? what so funny about my question? may problema ba tayo dun?"tanong niya naman while smiling amusedly at my small happiness, i stopped laughing

"eh.. pano kasi.. dapat ako ang kabahan kasi first date natin 'to eh.. no, scratch that. first date ko.. eh parang.. ikaw pa ata ang mas kinakabahan sa date natin na'to and for all i know marami ka ng na-date at nasakay na babae dito sa kotse mo.."i explained while looking at him amusedly, napatawa naman siya sa sinabi ko in a nervous and amused way

"hoy! hindi ah.. ikaw pa lang kaya ang nasasakay ko dito sa kotseng 'to.. and for your information. ikaw rin ang first date ko.."sabi niya with and expectant and triumphant look on his face as if he's expecting me to believe his lie, napangisi naman ako with an unconvinced look in my eye
