@Iluvmusic99 lots of people. They have done bad things to me and deserve it.
No, less morbidly, there are only a few people who I actually despise so much I would literally kill just because of revenge or because they crushed my hat or something. When I'm on a case, I try to avoid killing unless absolutely necessary.
Obviously we all know I wanted to kill Serpine, but I did that already so he's out of the picture. He would be the only person I would physically seek out to kill. Sanguine annoys me, he ruined Ghastly's chances with the woman of his dreams. Wreath annoys me, he stole Valkyrie, converted her to dreaded Necromancy and denied me my right to Serpine once, even though it was pointless because I got him in the end. Ravel... need I say more? Sorry old friend, but you're a........... Damn, I can't say it on the internet. Oh well, we'll stick with 'traitor' shall we?
Out of all of them, probably Ravel the most. Because he betrayed and killed two of my best friends and risked the exposure of the magical world and the lives of a ton of sorcerers just for power.
