The early morning sun was starting to show as the beautiful sky transformed into a gorgeous pink and purple. Bucky and I were just watching the sun rise as I played with his hair. We stayed like this for what seemed like forever. Bucky was whispering to the baby that was forming in me, telling it how we met and promising to love it endlessly. I didn't want any of this to end. I couldn't help but notice how my small bump growed almost instantly into a size of watermelon. I was about to speak until I felt a huge pain in my side. I couldn't help but let out a gasp out of the sudden pain. Bucky got off me and kept asking me what was wrong. "B-bucky... Ow!" I held onto his hand as I squeezed it. "Tell Maddie to call Shuri. We need to check- Ow!" I couldn't get out any words. He informed Maddie and ran to help me get changed.

I was in so much pain. The scared look on Bucky's face made me worry even more. He helped me get up and I felt liquid running down my legs. "Bucky.... Oh my god." I screamed in horror as I saw blood running down. He laid me back down, "Maddie, get her vitals. Inform a doctor to come over here ASAP." A small hologram came up as I saw my heart rate was over the top. "Mr. Barnes, you need to inject this into her vein. It will help her heart rate go down. If too late, she'll go into cardiac arrest." He immediately grabbed the syringe and stuck it into my wrist. A doctor and Shuri came into, beginning to set up equipment. I tried to breathe correctly. "It seems she's almost ready for birth. Shuri get a scan for me." My eyes widen at his statement and i looked at Bucky. "Ready for birth?! She was only 3 months yesterday!" I let out a screech as my pain escalated.

"The babies seem to have an unexplainable growth. We need to get them out ASAP." I felt my world turn upside down. My vision was going blurry as black dots appeared. I couldn't hear what anyone was saying. "As in plural." Bucky said as he looked down at me. "It seems she is carrying two girls. But it is vital we get them out as soon as we can." My vision was in and out of darkness. Only an eerie screech could be heard in my ears. I tried to reach out for Bucky's hand. Soon everything turned into darkness.

I blinked my eyes open rapidly, adjusting to the bright light that was shining in the room. My focus altered to see a sleepy Bucky beside me. I ran my hand in his hair as he stirred. "Blaire?" He looked up from his position. "Yeah?" He sprung up and hugged me tightly. "Oh god, I thought you were gonna die. You bleeded out so much. The girls survived but they are being tested right now. T-they are at least toddlers now." My eyes widen at his statement. I took a deep breath in, "How long was I out?" He looked at me in my eyes, tears threatening to fall. "About two weeks." I pushed my head back onto the pillow as I sighed. "Can I see them?" He smiled widely, kissing my forehead.

"Let me go get the nurse." He ran out of the room while I looked down at my watch beside me. "Maddie." I croaked out, waiting for a response. "Yes, Mrs. Barnes?" I smiled to myself, "Did you watch over Bucky for me?" There was a pause. A hologram video popped up in front of me, "Okay. Guys, let's get this done for mommy." Bucky was seen holding our two little girls. They giggled at the camera, while muttering 'mommy'. I smiled widely as Bucky helped finishing their curly hair. Their blue eyes glimmered in the camera, matching their fathers. A knock was heard on the door as Bucky peeked his head in. The door opened wide as I covered my mouth. My two daughters ran up to the bed.

"Meet Avaline and Lucy Barnes."
