After I left my parent house mad as hell because my mom tried my entire existence I ended up calling saquon to see if he was down for dinner. "Hello?"he answered the phone followed by loud noise in the background. I instantly remembered he was at the club. "Hey. Um I'm sorry I forgot you were at the club."I laughed off. "Nah you good What's up?"he asked getting somewhere quiet. "I was gonna see if you wanted to get something to eat. But don't worry about."I shrugged off. "I'll tell you what. After I leave here if your still up I'll pick up something and bring it over Ight?"he suggested which honestly sounded perfect because I didn't want to be out right now. "Sounds great. I'll send my address."I said. "Ight what you about to do?"He asked making me smile for some reason. "Take a shower and face time my son."I laughed. "Ight I'll see you in a few hours then."he said. "Mkay bye."I hung up and sent him my address.

I FaceTimed Nyx before he could go to sleep. But instead of Nyx answering this random girl did. "Hello?"she asked. "Ummm who is this?"I immediately asked. "Uh Alyssa. Who this jay?"she asked jalen. "My baby moms don't worry about it."he said off in the distance. "Put jalen on the phone."I said trying to stop myself from going off. "Um for what exactly?"she said giving me attitude. "So I can fucking talk to him who the fuck do you think you are."I said. "Bitch I'm his girlfriend-" she said. "AYE chill out bruh."jalen said snatching the phone from her.

"So this what we doing now?"I asked. "Liv. What are you talking about. I'm not allowed to see other people now?"he said. "jalen I don't give a fuck about who you put your dick in but I don't want bitches like that around my son. I would be ok if I've met her and we set boundaries and stuff but she pop up out of nowhere being out of pocket for no gotdamn reason."I yelled through the phone. "I need you to calm down please."he said trying to bring me down some. I took a deep breath and did what he said,"So how long y'all been together?"I asked. "We're not together, we're messing around or whatever I don't know."he shrugged. "I don't want her around my son. If you can't respect that then you can bring him back home."I said fed up with this whole situation. "You're being childish liv im sure you have him around niggas all the time."he said. "No because I respect you. I would talk to you about who I have our son around before I just bring a random nigga home jay. You should know me better than that."I said. He got silent and ran his hands down his face. "Ok liv, I'm sorry."he gave in. "Jalen I don't want you to be sorry. I want you to think shit like this through."I said. "Ight ma. I'll let Nyx call you in the morning after we land."he said. "Is he feeling ok?"I asked. "He had a small fever but he's been sleep since."he said. "Didn't I say to call me if he gets a fever, why don't you listen to me."I laughed. "Because I had it under control."he laughed. "Mkay. Why are y'all going to Miami again?"I asked. "Taking Nyx to spend time with my dad and some other family members. I think I want to take him to Disney if he starts feeling better."he explained. "Hm. Ok."I rolled my eyes laughing. "What?"he laughed catching my shade. "So you're cool with your dad now?"I asked. "Yeah something like that. I think Nyx deserves a relationship with him so I guess you can say you were right."he admitted that I was right. "Mhhhm. Call me tomorrow and kiss my baby for me."I said. "Ight goodnight."he said.

My doorbell rang and I knew exactly who it was and what he had. "Fooooood"I squealed jumping up and answering the door. "So you was waiting on a nigga."he laughed holding two bags of take out. "Don't flatter yourself."I laughed. "What you got going on?"he examined what I was wearing. "I wasn't expecting you so soon I'll go put something else on if you want."I said. "Nah I don't mind at all."he smiled. "Then stop looking at me all types of way weirdo."I laughed.

We set the food out on the coffee table I have in the living room and turned on the tv.  "So."he laughed looking at me. "Soo how was the club?"I smiled. "It's was straight,you know. What you been doing all this time?"He asked. "On the phone with my sons father."I rolled my eyes. "I know how that be."He laughed. "You have kids?"I asked a little taken back. "Yea. A little girl."I smiled pulling out his phone to show me pictures. "How old is she?"I asked. "1 month."he said. "Awwww. I miss my baby being that little."I smiled at the pictures.  "You want more?"He asked. "Yes I want a babygirl. What about you."I smiled. "I want a lil man."he nodded. "How old is Nyx?"he asked. "He's 4." "Damn so you had him when you was young young."he laughed. "Yup at 19 but I'd do all over again."I smiled at the thought. He stared at my for a while and smiled at me. The silence was broken by my Instagram notifications blowing up followed by his. I opened the notification from theshaderoom and laughed.
