Chapter 4: Roped Into Another War

Apollo's P.O.V.:

"The reason I have asked Persi to stand on the other side of the stage is to ask her a question," I summoned an apple, and she gasped, "so Persi will you marry me?" And with that, I tossed the apple.

I waited anxiously for her answer. Seconds felt like hours as the apple flew through the air. Finally, she raised her hands and caught it. Cheers sounded through the air, and I rushed to her. I spun her, and she laughed. I kissed her, never as happy as I was now. I held her tightly and pulled the black velvet box from my pocket and showed her the ring. She gingerly took it and placed it on her left ring finger.

"I love you," I whispered in her ear.

"I love you too."

Persi and I laid in bed re-watching Sherlock for the fourth time.

"I have an idea," She said out of the blue.

"What is it?"

"Most of your domains are covered by another god of goddess right?"

"Mmhmm."

"So, what if we transitioned the camp, slowly, to rely more on the minor gods."

"And how would we do that?"

"Three kids for two years, two for two, one for two, and finally none."

"... That may work."

"You on board?"

"Yes," I kissed her head and pulled her closer, "You ready for tomorrow?"

"Yeah." We watched the show and soon fell asleep.

We traveled the east coast for the next couple of months, and we finally left for home. Unfortunately, that meant Persi was going once more, and this time I couldn't go with her. I watched as she packed duffel bags with weapons, explosives, and armor.

"Do me a favor and stay safe out there," I told her.

"I can't make promises this is a big war."

I wrapped my arms around her waist, "Persi..."

"Ok, ok, I'll try."

"Don't do anything stupid."

"You too."

I sighed.

"I love you."

"I love you too." She turned around and pulled me into a kiss.

We stayed like that for a few moments until we heard a cough.

"Perce you ready?" It was Luke.

"Yeah." Her voice was quiet as she pulled away. She grabbed the duffel bags and opened a portal. As she and Luke stepped through, I felt an overwhelming sense of dread, and I knew I wouldn't see her for a few months.

Persi's P.O.V.:

We arrived in a tent crowded with people. I was already wearing the white cloak and tiara, "Report."

"My lady, Aculax and its allies are destroying cities and killing the people," One of them told me. I nodded.

"Evacuated what people are left, and send them to Void. I want archers in the trees and all spy reports. I also want to speak to the Elite team and all leaders, and commanders."

"Right away ma'am." Everyone but Luke left.

"Put on your armor Perce."

"My armor can be someone else's protection," I argued.

"Put on your armor." His voice left no room for anything.

"Fine." I put on the light but hard to destroy armor.

"How have you been?" Thief asked.

"As good as I can be. I mean this is what, the fourth major war that I've been in?"

"Fifth if you count that time on Trimis," he interjected.

"Don't remind me," I moaned.

"It was fun!" He whined.

"We almost died because you forgot to tell us about the explosives you had!" I yelled.

"We're still alive," he shrugged.

Ultimately, everyone I called for came in. "Are there anyone with no training out on the battlefield?" I asked just as everyone got in.

"200 commoners were sent from Thadrov, 150 from Trides, 400 from Xotov and 500 from Sonhadra." One of the commanders stated.

"What planets are battle zones besides Sonhadra?"

"Iilia, and Thadrov, Mi'lady," Another commander stepped up.

"How many on each planet?"

"4,847 here, 3,633 on Thadrov, and 2,422 on Iilia." This time it was Forge.

"How are things here?"

"We could use an extra set of hands," Angel replied.

"Ok, I'll be out there in a few. Dismissed!" And with that, they all left for except for the Elite Team.

We caught up in a few minutes and left the tent. I sprouted my wings from my back and lifted my self into the sky. It was almost complete chaos, and blood was everywhere. I shot a light beam at the enemies, effectively vaporizing many. I looked for Aculax's leader, but I could not find him.

Activating my 'X-ray vision' power I looked at the tents, but still couldn't find him. I growled. Of course, he wasn't here! I continued to fight while also spreading out my senses across the universe.

1, 2, 3, YES! He's on Aculax, figures, possible chilling in the throne room eating peeled grapes? What a douche.

"Leader's on Aculax," I MM (mind messaged) the team. I landed on the ground and took out my swords. I killed the enemy's that got in my way and traveled to the other side.

I got a bit closer to their camp and traveled on foot the rest of the way. Upon arrival, I found the leaders in the middle of a war council.

"Tell your king to call off the war," I snarled as I entered the tent. One of the men launched at me, but I swiftly killed him.

"I suppose I have to introduce myself. I am Persia Jackson, Heir to the throne of Chaos, Leader of Chaos's army and the Elite Team. There is more, but I do not wish to mention. Now tell your king to call off the war, preferentially I will give this my all and murder anyone on your side. I can and will destroy planets should the need to come because Sonhadra is innocent. Your king has uddered lies of unspeakable things, and he will pay even if it is for months. There will be no realm, no barren moon, no crevice where I can't find him. Tell him that." I left the room knowing I scared them half sh*tless.

Ok! Sorry it is short but it's a chapter, and if I don't post for another month then that means I got an F on my report card and got grounded, so wish me luck!

I may start a Supernatural fanfic soon. Ok, I've already started writing it and if I decide to post it here on Wattpad then it'll be called Can You Save Me. It'll be filled with depressing stuff and Destiel so if you want to read it tell me and that'll push me to my decision.

Also, I had an Orthodontics appointment and know I have to put bands in my mouth. Uggh.

Lastly, how are you? I've seen better months personally.
