When the two of you reached the guest room, May-Rin was already there, waiting for you.
When she saw you, she gasped. Probably from the mark on your neck. "______, where did you get that mark?" she asked you with concern in her voice.
You glared at Sebastian before saying, "It is nothing."
"Don't lie to me, _______," May-Rin said very serious.
"Uh, well," you said as you looked to Sebastian for an answer.
He looked right at May-Rin and said, "It is nothing. Just a bruise. I noticed it earlier and she said that she got hit in the neck on accident." You were amazed with how quickly he came up with the lie.
"I don't think so. It looks like..." she tried to say before you shoved her out the door.
When the door was shut, Sebastian came up behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist.
"So what should we do?" Sebastian said with his chin resting on your shoulder.
You turned around and pushed Sebastian away from you. "You should go be with Ciel. I should stay in here and take a bath," you told the butler.
He made his way to the door while he said, "Just say my name when you are done, and I will come and come spend some time with you." With that, he left your room and made his way to Ciel.
~~Time Skip to the middle of your bath~~
You were enjoying the warm bath water when a piece of paper landed on the side of the tub. You powdered for a moment if you should open it or not. Eventually, your curiosity won you over.
The paper said:
Dear ______,
I know where you are. I know why you are there. Just don't leave the house until Tuesday morning. Don't try anything funny. I have a special someone watching your every move until then.

What the letter said sent chills up your spine. You were now scared for your life.
You jumped out of the tub, put a towel on, and called for Sebastian.
In two seconds flat, Sebastian was in the bathroom. "What is it, My Kitten?" he asked you with worry in his voice.
While keeping one hand on the towel, you ran to Sebastian and cried into his chest. "I am so scared, Sebastian," you told him as the salty tears flowed down your cheeks.
"What happened?" he asked. You didn't say anything. All you did was hand him the letter.
