Chapter Fifteen

You continued to run until you reached the manor. Once you reached the front gate, you saw May-Rin and instantly collapsed from exhaustion. You were still awake, your legs just wouldn't move because of the amount of running you did.

May-Rin came to your side and tried to lift you up, but you were tow heavy for her to carry. Instead of sitting there, wondering what to do, she called for Sebastian.

In a few seconds, Sebastian was at your side. Luckily you were still conscious, solo you could once again, see your beloved Sebastian's face.

When you saw his face, you could see in his eyes that he was very concerned for you. You weren't sure, but you thought you saw a look that said 'I'm sorry.'

You put your hand up and touched his cheek and said, inbetween deep breaths, "It's...not your....fault, Sebastian. No one...could have known...I was going...to be attacked...when I...got...inside."

After you said that, you heard a squeal from May-Rin. Both you and Sebastian forgot that she was there.

You quickly took your hand away from Sebastian's face and looked at your sister. "What is it, May-Rin?" you asked her.

"I can't believe I didn't see it before! You and Sebastian are perfect for each other!" she squealed.

"But, May-Rin, I thought that you would be furious when you found out," you said in disbelief.

"Of course not, ______. I should have seen that you were happy and left it at that. I know that Sebastian will not hurt you," May-Rin explained.

"Alright, now, I must take ______ up to her room so she can sleep," Sebastian said as he took you inside the manor.

"Sebastian, why didn't you come and get me? I know you are able to rescue me, you did it before," you said to the butler.

"Well, the main reason was because I couldn't. I would more than likely bring you back to a filthy house. Also, my master would have been furious if I just left willy nilly. I just hoped with all of my heart that you would come back safe," he said as you reached your bedroom door.

"Well, I am fine now. I am home and I won't leave ever again," you said as Sebastian set you down on your bed. 'Should I tell him that I lost my memory for a while?' you thought to yourself as you drifted off to sleep.

You were once again running to the Phantomhive manor, but this timel, Claude was right behind you.

You continued to run until Claude showed up right in front of you. "What do you want, Claude?" you asked the Trancy Butler.

"Simple, I want to take you back to the mansion. We have given you a place to live, food to eat, and clothes to wear. This is how you repay us," he said as he grabbed your arms in an attept to bring you back.

"Let go of me! Sebastian!" you yelled. You heard Claude chuckle after you screamed. "What is it, Claude?" you asked him.

"Sebastian is not going to come to your rescue," Claude said to you.

"What are you talking about?" you asked, very scared for Sebastian's safety.

"I took care of that dreadful butler a while ago. I didn't want him to take you back to the Phantomhive manor," he explained.

"What do you mean by 'took care' of Sebastian?" you asked wiht tears in your eyes.

"That means I killed him, My Lady," Claude said.
