Jack POV

We walked to the treehouse in silence.

When we got there we climbed up the ladder.

We stood on the old wooded floor boards awkwardly standing across from each other.

Elsa started to get teary eyed,

"I'm so so sorry Jack," she said.

She ran into my arms and hugged me.

Honestly it was one of the best feelings in the world to be standing here with her in my arms.

She broke away from our hug and sat on the ground. She pulled her knees to her chest and hugged them.

I sat down next to her.

"I-I just feel so bad for yelling at you and telling you that I hated you. I don't Jack, I really don't,"she started.

"Shush. Don't feel bad. It was a completely normal reaction to a punch in the jaw from your best friend," I said.

"Thank you Jack. You don't even know what you have done for me. You don't even know."

We sat in silence.

Elsa asked, "Why did you apologize? Why did you want me back?"

"Maybe I should tell you why you mean a lot to me," I said

"Maybe,"she said.

And I started telling her everything. Just like she poured out her past for me that day in the hospital, I told her about my father.

For some reason I felt like she could feel the same pain as I felt as I told her my story. I felt as if she could close the cavity in my heart by just sitting with me and talking.

She made me laugh, she made me cry, and she set my nerves on fire.

I've known it for a long time but I think that I am falling for this girl. And I am just hoping that she is falling just as hard, for me.

Elsa POV

I think that it is time for me to tell him that I was in love with him.

He deserved to know.

If he didn't return the feelings, I would find someone else.

If he loved me too, I would be the happiest girl on earth.

"Jack I-"

"Elsa I-"

We both started.

At the same time we said.

"Really really like you."

"Wait what? Really?" I said.

"Seriously? You like me too?" Jack said.

I hugged him.

"Yup I do," I said.

He broke our hug and leaned his head in and-

"Whatcha guys doin?" Emma popped her head in.

We jumped away from each other.

"Nothing Princess! The Knights of Ni will invade the Kingdom of Living Room without you protecting it!" I said.

"Oh no! I'm coming citizens!!" Emma yelled.

We both laughed and Jack started to lean his head in again and-

"Wait, Elsa? What do I fight the Knights with?" Emma popped her head in again.

"Go inside and make a sword out of construction paper," Jack said.

"Ok," Emma cheerfully said.

"Jack is the coast clear?" I ask.

"Roger, the coast is completely clear," he says poking his head out of the doorway of the treehouse.

He sat back down and leaned his head in and finally, our lips met. Sparks were flying and it was everything I had dreamt my first kiss would be. All the fairytales are true. It's like magic.

It's just like magic.
