I walk into the room and turn my head first to the left then to the right handside like when you try to pass a highway.

I can't see anyone in the large room with all those boxes and couches and tables and blankets , but though i can hear voices.

One is laughing and the other one is trying to start again with the song, which they just played but he gets interrupted by another voice.

This time i can hear what they are saying.

"We can't start without Luke" one of the male voices is saying.

I still need someone to show me the school office so i try to get closer to the open doored room.

Suddenly i feel someone's hands coming from behind, covering my eyes.

I cringe. What is happening?

"Mary,"

"I got you, don't hide" he giggles.

"Guess who?" he says.

I shiver. Those hands are warm and although i feel distracted i don't want them to leave my eyes.

I feel him standing close behind me, my back just inches away from his torso.

"Mary? Don't say, you don't know" his voice sounds sad and he puts his hand down, and by then i turn around and look into the bluest eyes i've ever seen.

"I really thought this time you would guess it.. right...wait..You're not Mary. Oh.."
speechless we stare at each other for another few seconds while his cheeks slightly blush .
He mumbles a shy sorry and pulls his blonde hair back in between his fingers.

Then he sights and turns away to join those other poeple, which apparently already started playing in the session room.

I watch the tall and not less attractive boy walk away, leaving me with an unusal fast heartbeat and confusion behind.

I shake my head and decide not to go into that room but to find the way to the office on my own.

It is weird walking down another hallway than every other Monday before.

Waking up this morning to another ceiling, in another room.

Eating another cereal than i am used to.

Only my clothes are the same like before.

But my Aunt Carol already offered me to go shopping soon because she keeps saying that Sydney has great shops therefor and i would need some more clothes for the hot weather here.
Maybe she was right, in New York you don't get as much possibilities to wear summer outfits as in Australia.

By then i enter the office where i am suppost to meet my cousin Hannah. She would become my tutor for this year in the Norwest Christian College.

But instead of Hannah an eldery woman and an asian looking guy are waiting there.

The woman comes over to me as i stopped walking to look around searching for my cousin.

"Hi, you have to be Emily am I right?"

She touches my shoulder and i hold on to look at her.

I'm clearing my throat before a shy yes passes my lips.

"All right, I'm Mrs. Hall, you can always find me here" she says.

Then she hands me a small folder.
"You're schedule for this year. If anything is missing or if you would want to change something, don't hesitate to inform me about it" she smiles.
