I woke up in the middle of the night, coughing loudly. My body was filled with sweat. I brushed my hair back with my hand, breathing heavily as tears fell down my eyes. I've had nothing but sleep paralysis for these past weeks and it's awful.

I stood up from my bed and wore a shirt before heading inside the kitchen. I decided to take protein bar and made a protein shake. I walked to my living room and sat down on my couch and turned the TV on. "Another death has occurred here at Seoul. Just last night, a restaurant was burned down causing over 37 deaths."

I took a bite from my protein bar and started to look away from the screen. "Deaths have been happening more often here at Seoul. That is all the news today, good morning."

I entered the bus and showed the driver my ticket as he lets me pass. I take a seat at the very back and plug my earphones on. I started listening to some songs as the bus takes off.

Just a little faint, I could hear a conversation happening in front of me. I start to lower my volume. "Did you hear about the news?"

"It's devastating. A lot more accidents have been happening, this can't be a coincidence." That was when I started to increase my volume, quickly losing interest. The bus stops and it was my stop. I stood up from my seat and headed out.

Of course, the place was busy. People running everywhere. It was rush hour. A lot of people started bumping into each other while heading down the train station. I took a sip from my protein shake and started walking towards the building where I work at.

"Good morning, Mr Shin." Co-workers greeted as they passed by. As usual, I simply nodded at them as they greeted. I made my way towards the elevator and headed inside, pressing on a button which led to floor 6.

The metal doors opened to floor 6 and I head out. "Morning." I greeted everyone passing by. I made my way towards my office and placed my things down. "Oh, you're here." Hyungkyun said with a smile. I silently sighed, placing my drink down and turned back at him.

"Yes?" I asked, trying to keep my cool. He gently slams a folder filled with a lot of papers to be filled. "I've got fifty more of these at my office. Get them done before lunch." He leaves my office and closes the door.

I clenched my fists before sighing, sitting down on my seat. I opened my laptop and opened the folder, already starting my work. I don't really care if I have this much work to do. Its rather the person. God I hate him so much.
-

I've finished about thirty folders. I cracked my knuckles and massaged my nape lightly. "Are you done?" He comes in with a cup of coffee in his hand. I sighed, almost rolling my eyes, "ever knock?" My eyes remain on my screen as I continued to type.

He grabs the back of my chair and spins me around to look at him. His eyes were glaring at me, "watch your tone. I am your boss." I didn't respond, instead turned back around to my desk. "Its almost lunch time. Are you done yet?" He asked, placing his cup on my desk.

"Can pigs fly?" I raised a brow. He clicked his tongue and slammed his hand against my desk, making everyone outside look at us. I glared back at him. He closed his eyes then laughed, "I'll let this go for now, Shin. Don't ever disrespect me. This is your last warning." He pokes my chest before heading out.

I leaned back, tapping the tip of my pen repeatedly. "I hope you die." I whispered and started going back to my work.
