Azazel: The Untold Story [UNDER MAJOR REVISION]

Hunters (revising)

Few years have passed and the world slowly changes as modernization enters. It is already year 2005 and a lot has changed since then. Alice is still out of reach making the Van Heusen clueless what comes next.

"Sir Azazel, what would happen if hunters starts hunting the vampires and werewolves?" Nadia asked her guardian one gloomy morning as they stayed inside the Van Heusen manor.

Azazel stared at Nadia and answered "if their hunting would mean harm to the wolves and vampire then we will protect our family at any cost, if they mean no harm then we will ask them what they actually want" Nadia nodded with Azazel's response.

She continued reading a book with an engraved symbol of hunter on its cover. Azazel stayed quiet after answering Nadia and returned his attention to the book he took from the library the title reads Les Miserables. Nadia and Azazel are focused on to their each and own books they're reading when a loud knock has been heard from the main door. Since it's only Nadia and Azazel who are at the manor that day, the fallen angel immediately shifted into his protective mode. The loud knock errupted again almost sounded like whoever that person at that door badly wants to get inside. Azazel looked at Nadia he doesn't want to put her in any harm without even thinking he tapped into her forehead and Nadia felt like she's been trapped into something but she can clearly see her surroundings. The fallen angel hopes that whatever he did, did work. He motioned Nadia to stay near him and never create any noise or sound. The latter nodded and they walk out of the living room heading towards the main door.

Another loud knock on the door was heard and before it can make its fifth loud knock, Azazel opened the door. A woman with bleeding knuckles, have a cut on its right eyebrow and left side of lip surprised Azazel when he opened the door. Nadia kept herself silent and un-noticed as per what her guardian told her. The woman outside the manor stared at Azazel then suddenly pointed a knife at him. The fallen angel seems unphased by what she have done while Nadia covered her mouth to keep her soft gasp from being heard. The unexpected visitor realized that the man in front of her is not scared at all so she slowly put her knife back to wherever she took it.

"Help me" she manage to say before she collapsed into Azazel's arms.

The rest of the Van Heusen finally arrived after 2 hours of letting Nadia and Azazel alone at the manor. Edward smelled the fresh blood of a human coming from the living room, he hurriedly appeared at the direction of the scent and was surprised to see a human unconscious at the sofa. His eyebrow furrowed and saw that the visitor have a specific and distinct tattoo at her hand. The rest of the vampires arrived and with them are the werewolves. Syrra followed Edward inside and there she saw the human as well. Her eyes widen as she recognize the tattoo of the unexpected visitor. She shouted and her eyes changed it colors and seems like any minute her wolf side will take over.

"Hunter! That's a hunters mark!" Edward stared at the tattoo again and there he realized that yes it is indeed a hunters mark.

Azazel voice has been heard, loud and clear by all of them when he spoke "calm down! She's hurt and in bad shape. Instead of causing alarm to her why don't we all act normal and show her we're no threat to anyone."

All of them relaxed a bit as they decided to act normal as possible as per what Azazel stated.

Another hour have passed when the woman finally regained consciousness. Her eyes fluttered as they slowly opened and immediately she scanned her sorroundings. She may have realized the unfamiliarity of the place causing her to sit up abruptly. The vampires and werewolves kept themselves calm as much as possible. They waited if she'll act naturally as to what hunters do when they encounter their kinds. The woman eyes landed at the vampires and werewolves, it is as if she is scanning them while Nadia hid at the back of Azazel.

She squinted her eyes then eventually it widens when she realized something "Vampires and werewolves!" And she stood up, checking her pockets as if she lost something.

Azazel lifted his hand up revealing a sharp, exquisite knife and a well crafted stake "is this what you're looking for?" He asked.

The woman eyes landed on her definition of defense, she felt cornered. "Before you do anything drastic and inappropriate we just want you to know that we mean no harm to you" Azazel said in a calm yet firm tone of voice, the woman is still doubtful how she trust them knowing a vampire and a werewolve are here present staring at her.

She suddenly realized something "wait aren't vampires and werewolves enemies?" She asked Edward and Syrra looked at each other and Nieves answered as she move forward "that's the thing, we are not enemies, we are family and that means we are going to protect and defend one another against possible and considered threats" the woman blinked as if she couldn't believe what she just heard.

It took another hour before the hunter finally relaxed and retreated from her defensive stance.

"My name is Alison and I am 20 years old. I am born from a family of well-known supernatural hunters. We hunt those who threatens the existence of humans most specially those who causes harm and kill human beings for fun and for the sake of survival" Alison said as Nieves started asking questions to her, the rest of the Van Heusen quietly listens to them while Azazel and Astaroth stayed at the kitchen drinking coffee.

"What do you think about that woman?" He asked Azazel, the head of the demons and fallen ones answered "well she's young for a hunter but seems like strong and well trained, I guess"

After having their cup of coffee the two of them returned to the living room. As they enter they saw Alison down in one knee in front of Nieves and heard her "I Alison, swear to protect and defend this family with every strength I possess. Hunters who will hunt this family will be taken down by me. I Alison, swear to be a faithful and loyal protector and hunter for this family, from this day forward"

Nieves answered her "as the mother of all Van Heusen, you will now be known as Alison Van Heusen, yes you are a Van Heusen" and so it was declared, Alison is their very first hunter in the family.
