"So what happen after you read the letter?" Asmodeus asked when Nieves paused from her storytelling.

She smiled at them then said "of course I started my search" and she resume sharing her history.

Year 1500-1575

Nieves have been everywhere searching for vampires, werewolves and all the creatures stated in the letter left by her parents. She was able to find a book that has been in her things for years. A book that contains all the informations and history of their kind. With the help of the book she was able to know where to start. She left Athens and been all over the world to fulfill her quest. In year 1500 she stayed at Prague, searching the whole city for vampires. She stayed there until 1515 but she never come across any vampire. If they are really in Prague as what the book stated, those vampires are really good in hiding themselves. Nieves didn't give up, she kept searching and head to India in year 1516. There are a few people of his father hiding in that country as to what was stated in the book. She was tired, hungry and frustrated but her determination never fade. Nieves vowed to restore the gloriousness of her family name and she indeed to keep it.

It was year 1517 when she accidentally met a vampire. Since Nieves was an untrained vampire, unaware of her abilities she wasn't able to determine that the person in front of her is a vampire.

"You! You're..." the lady said with wide eyes, filled with question and fear.

Nieves stared at her confused "madam, I am sorry but I don't understand you. What do you mean?" She asked but the lady just dragged her, they ran with difficulty because of their clothing.

The lady entered a small cottage and she closed the door and windows.

Nieves was really confused and a little but scared "please don't hurt me, if you want my money I'll give it to you just please, don't hurt me" she begged and the lady looked at her.

Her gaze soften at Nieves and she asked her to sit down and the latter did what she was told.

"Don't be scared and don't scream. Promise me?" The lady asked despite her fear Nieves nodded and so the lady revealed herself.

Nieves had to cover her mouth to stop herself from screaming because the lady showed her, her fangs

"for the love God!" She exclaimed to herself and slowly the lady's fangs are gone.

She took a deep breath and tried to process what she just saw, yes it is the very first time she saw a vampire.

"You're a vampire" Nieves finally found again her voice and the lady smiled at her "my name is Atalya I am from Bulgaria"

Nieves couldn't contain her happiness after endless searching she met a vampire from his father's kingdom.

"Bulgaria? In Plovdiv? You know Krasimir and Nadeja Van Heusen?" she asked and Atalya nodded "yes they are my king and queen".

"Finally, I met someone from my parents kingdom" she said with a smile on her face.

Atalya looked at her with shock in her expression and bowed down in front of her "forgive me, your highness for my lack of courtesy" but Nieves just asked her to sit down again.

"Please, I am no royalty. I grew up not living as a royalty my parents didn't tell not until we have to separate and they gave me this letter" she explained and shown Atalya her parents letter.

Atalya let Nieves take shelter in her cottage, it is the least she can do for the daughter of her king and queen. When Atalya read Nieves letter from her parents she decided its time for the princess to learn how to be a vampire. Nieves started her training, she was taught the basics. Atalya teaches her how to control her abilities, strengths and powers and what are those. Since Nieves grew up without consuming blood she never felt the hunger and need to drink of any sort.

"Do I really need to drink a blood?" Isn't ordinary food enough?" Nieves asked Atalya while Atalya is pouring blood to her bottle, a blood from the deer they captured.

"Yes, even though you've got to grow up without consuming any blood and been accustomed to human food, you still need to. I just have to warn you once you've tasted blood your body will forever seek for it" Atalya said as she handed to Nieves the bottle filled with blood.

When Nieves had enough training she asked Atalya to help her in her quest and of course the latter didn't hesitate to agree to the princess.

Year 1540 Nieves returned to Athens, Greece with Atalya. Nieves started searching with Atalya, little by little they started to grow their number. Nieves was able to gather more people from his parents kingdom. Unfortunately this move attracts other people, including those of half-vampire and half-human. When Nieves learned that they're being hunted they hide but this time they hid all together.

"We will be safe here, this has been our hiding place since we left Plovdiv" Dragamir said to Nieves when they all settled at the underground tunnel he made.

They are 30 in total, it wasn't easy to track all of them but Nieves and Atalya was so determined that they are able to gather as many as she possibly can and they hid there until year 1570.

"Run! Run!" Nieves shouts at them while one by one her parents people been hunted and tortured.

She couldn't stop blaming herself, she thought that if she hadn't look for them they wouldn't be hunted again. Everyone run, half of them are killed and the others are tortured, forced to show their fangs for them to pull it off. Cries of desperation and agony can be heard beneath the shining full moon.

"Please don't, please spare me. Please I never harmed anyone" a man in his early 30's laughed as he grabbed her hair and pushed her on the ground.

"No. I won't hurt you but I will leave you alone and let you die on your own" they dragged her out of the woods and one of them carried her like a sack of rice on his shoulder.

She can't see anything they covered her eyes with a cloth after a few minutes she felt coldness on her feet "floor" she whispered into herself.

The light hurt her eyes as the blind fold was taken off her head tried to turn left and right doing her best to recognize where she is but she's never been in this place.

The guy forced her to look at him and he stared deep into her eyes and her to his "I hated your father, I should have been the king! Now I have you, you'll forget everything. How to speak and how to write. You will forget who you are and everything about your family and your existence. You will forget that you're Nieves Solanna Van Heusen not until someone reminds you" afterwards she closed her eyes and left her alone to die.

In year 1575 Nieves Solanna Van Heusen was trapped until 1600 for 25 years in a room without any light only wearing a white robe.

Nieves stopped again, she smiled and said to them "I've shared enough for today I guess" all of them are still curious of what happened but decided not to push it because Nieves seems in deep thought.

Azazel stood up immediately and said "you should rest now, your child needs it" Nieves looked at him and nodded.

She was about to stand up so she can head to her room when she felt her water broke her eyes widen in horror and pain was felt through her entire being she screamed in pain and her descendants began to worry.

"She's giving birth! She's giving birth!" Alice franticly screams in excitement and nervousness.

The fallen angels looked at each other and said "it's been a long time since we're able to witness someone giving birth"

Azazel smiled and said "This child will definitely have a bright and great future" and they all agreed while keeping their distance from Nieves and all her descendants.
