You were in the living room playing Mario Kart with Tony

You were in the living room playing Mario Kart with Tony. The two of you had been talking about playing this game against each other for a while, each of you thinking you were better than the other. It was about time you tested your racing abilities. You were in first place, but he was right behind you and since it was Rainbow Road, you had focus now more than ever. You were so zoned in on the game that you didn't hear Steve come out of the elevator and announce his presence.

He had been gone on a three day mission. You hadn't talked to him in more than 72 hours, but you hardly acknowledged him when he walked towards the two of you.

"Hey Cap," Tony said.

"Yeah, yeah. Hi." You wanted to say more, but you were too focused to look away from the screen. You had to win.

"Hey guys, what's going on?" He walked slowly over to the couch, glancing back and forth between you and Tony and the screen.

"Oh, I'm just beating your girlfriend at Mario Kart." You could practically hear the smirk in Tony's voice as he got ahead of you.

"Not today, Stark." You shot a blue shell at him and laughed as his bike flipped over. He started grumbling under his breath.

You could see the finish line, it was so close, but Tony was right behind you. He hit his bike against yours multiple times, but you managed to stay ahead. A second before you passed the finish line, the controller was ripped from your grasp. You gasped as your cart stopped right before the finish line and Tony won. He jumped up and cheered loudly. You looked behind you to see the controller in your boyfriend's hands.

"Steve, why did you do that? I was going to win!" You pouted at Steve before you turned to glare at Tony as he went around bowing to an invisible audience.

"I've been gone for three days and you can't even say hello to me?" He laughs softly. "I missed you, (Y/N)." Steve sets the controller down on the table beside the couch. He didn't seem angry, thankfully.

"I'm sorry." You kneel on the couch and hold your hands out for him. He walks over and gives you a tight hug. "I missed you so much." You released him after a minute and pecked his lips. He proceeded to rub circles on your back.

Tony started jumping up and down on the couch, which made you bounce and almost fall face-first on the ground, but Steve caught you before you could hurt yourself. You pushed Tony over the back of the sofa and he groaned in pain. "Okay, okay. Don't get too excited. Rematch. Now." You grabbed your controller from the table and got ready to begin. He stood up and puts his hands on his hips.

"I mean sure, if you want to lose again that's fine with me." Tony sits on the couch besides you, already picking a new track.

"You're going down this time. I'm not going easy," You grumbled. You were determined to beat Tony at this game.

Before you can start, the controller is taken right from your hands once again. "Hey!" Steve grabbed your arm and made you stand up from the couch and drops the controller where you were previously sitting. He then picked you up and threw you over his shoulder. "Steve!" You giggled as he started walking, more like jogging, in the direction of your room.

"We'll see you later, Tony. We're going to spend some one-on-one time together." Steve calls out. You laugh, not even mad that he'd interrupted your game. You were more intrigued by this 'one-on-one time' Steve had proposed.

"Have fun," Tony called in a sing-song voice, now playing the game by himself. "But not too much fun." You glanced up just in time to see him wink at you before Steve closed the door.
