CHAPTER 28

Jada's New House in MM

{One Week Later}

Jada P.O.V

After weeks of searching we were finally moving into our new house and it was well needed. I never packed so fast in my life, I was so tired of being in that house all it seemed to hold was bad memories. Even though I knew all the people who took Jasmine were dead I was still scared someone would try to come back and take her. Everything was getting back to normal and Miss Julia was even getting back to her old self. "I can't wait to see the new house" Racquel said from the back seat of the car with joy in her voice.

"You guys are really going to love it" my mom said as she drove to the destination of our new home. I just sat back and enjoyed the ride to the new house as I looked out the window. "Jada are you getting out?" Riley said to me from outside of the car as she held my door open. I hadn't realized that the car had stopped or that we were even at our destination. "Here I come" I said looking up at the house in front of me in amazement. It wasn't to much but it was just enough. It was simple but it was also pretty and cozy looking. But nevertheless it was big and looked roomy enough for our big family.

"I take it that you like it" Charles said walking up on the side of me and wrapping his arm around my waist. "I love it" I said as my lips turned up into a genuine smile as I looked at the outside of the house. "I'm happy you like it, when the realtor showed your mom this house she nearly blew a gasket" Charles said grinning as he held me close to him. "Come on love birds we got shit to move" Tyga said hitting Charles' back before he walked onto the moving truck. "Shut yo ass up Tyrone" I yelled playfully as I walked onto the truck behind him.

Tyga stopped what he was doing and looked up at me with his eyebrows frowned. "Aye Jada bro ion know what got into but you need to get that shit out, you just said some foul shit" Tyga said pointing his finger at me with his face scrunched up. "Nigga shut the fuck up and grab them boxes" Charles said as him and I laughed at Tyga's sour facial expression. "Neither one of y'all ain't shit" Tyga said as he picked up two boxes and was about to walk off the moving truck. "You know maybe y'all could move faster if y'all would stop cursing like y'all grown" my mama said from the entrance of the truck which startled all of us.

"Miss Rosa that's them picking with me and stuff" Tyga said turning soft as he acted innocent in front of my mother. "Y'all don't be ganging up on him" my mom pointed at Charles and I as she grabbed the box for the kitchen stuff. "I got it Miss Rosa" Tyga said grabbing the box putting it on top of the two boxes he already had as they walked into the house. "I can't believe this nigga just played victim" I said laughing shaking my head at the act Tyga just put on. "That nigga always been a fool" Charles said picking up some boxes and walking them into the house.

I looked around the house as I walked the box I had in my hand into the kitchen. I could tell I was going to love it already and we were still technically in our same neighborhood we just lived in the gated part now. I'm hoping this new house will create new feelings, because every time I walked past Jassy's room at our old house all I felt was regret and guilt. "Girl put that box down and go get another box" Miss Julia said walking into the kitchen and unpacking boxes. "You got it!" I said loudly before laughing and running back to the truck.

"No I want this box" Racquel yelled from the back of the truck to Riley. "Girl what the fuck does it matter" Riley said back as she shrugged her shoulders with the box still in her hand. "What matters is I wanted that fucking box!" Racquel yelled back in Riley's face with her hand on her hip. "Come on guys let's just get the boxes, it doesn't matter who gets what" I said trying to diffuse the situation before it could turn serious. Riley scrunched up her face and sat the box down on the floor as Racquel stayed in her face.
